Disclosed is a roller-type elastomer door checker which can reduce manufacturing costs. The roller-type elastomer door checker comprises: a checker arm including an insert of a steel material of a bar type and a checker arm body enclosing the insert and having a plurality of concave grooves; and a checker slider coupled onto the checker arm to be slid in the longitudinal direction of the checker arm. The checker slider includes: an accommodation case having an insertion opening on one surface thereof, into which the checker arm is inserted; a first and a second lubrication member accommodated in the accommodation case to be arranged on both sides of the insertion opening; a first and a second roller arranged on one side of the lubrication members to come in contact with the checker arm body of the checker arm inserted into the insertion opening, and seated on the plurality of concave grooves by sliding and moving in the longitudinal direction of the checker arm body when a door of a vehicle is opened and closed; and first and second cushion rubber arranged on another side of the lubrication members to be positioned on the opposite side of the positions of the first and the second roller to press the lubrication members and the rollers towards the checker arm. The checker arm body is made of a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material.
롤러타입 엘라스토머 도어체커가 개시된다. 상기 롤러타입 엘라스토머 도어체커는 바 타입의 스틸재질의 인서트 및 상기 인서트를 감싸며 상기 인서트의 길이방향으로 복수의 오목홈부를 갖는 체커암몸체를 포함하는 체커암; 및 상기 체커암 상에 결합되어 상기 체커암의 길이방향을 따라 슬라이딩되는 체커슬라이더를 포함하고; 상기 체커슬라이더는, 일면에 상기 체커암이 삽입되는 삽입개구를 갖는 수용케이스; 상기 삽입개구의 양측에 배치되도록 상기 수용케이스 내에 수용되는 제1 및 제2 윤활부재; 상기 각각의 윤활부재의 일측에 배치되어 상기 삽입개구로 삽입되는 체커암의 상기 체커암몸체에 접촉되고, 차량의 도어의 개폐시 상기 체커암몸체의 길이방향을 따라 슬라이딩 이동하여 상기 복수의 오목홈부에 안착되는 제1 및 제2 롤러; 및 상기 제1 롤러 및 제2 롤러 위치의 반대편에 위치하도록 상기 각각의 윤활부재의 다른 일측에 배치되어 상기 각각의 윤활부재 및 각각의 롤러를 상기 체커암 방향으로 가압하는 제1 및 제2 쿠션러버를 포함하고, 상기 체커암몸체는 열가소성 엘라스토머(thermoplastic elastomer : TPE) 재질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
