Door Apparatus of Injection Molding Machine
The present invention relates to a door device for an injection molding machine, which includes: a door frame forming an accommodation space to accommodate an injection molding machine; and a door installed to be able to move in an opening and closing direction with respect to the door frame in order to open a connection path for connecting the accommodation space with the outside or close the connection path. In the door device for an injection molding machine, the door frame includes an upper frame providing a support force for the upper side of the door and a lower frame providing a support force for the lower side of the door; the door includes a door body installed in the upper frame and a separation unit coupled to the door body to be installed in the lower frame; and the separation unit is formed to be extended in an inward direction from the door body so that the lower frame is spaced in the inward direction toward the accommodation space from the outside with respect to the upper frame. The present invention is provided to prevent the increase of costs.
본 발명은 사출성형기를 수용하는 수용공간을 형성하는 도어프레임; 및 외부와 상기 수용공간을 연결하는 연결통로를 개방하거나 상기 연결통로를 폐쇄하도록 상기 도어프레임에 대해 개폐방향을 따라 이동 가능하게 설치된 도어를 포함하고, 상기 도어프레임은 상기 도어의 상측에 지지력을 제공하는 상측프레임, 및 상기 도어의 하측에 지지력을 제공하는 하측프레임을 포함하고, 상기 도어는 상기 상측프레임에 설치된 도어본체, 및 상기 하측프레임에 설치되도록 상기 도어본체에 결합된 이격부를 포함하고, 상기 이격부는 상기 하측프레임이 상기 상측프레임에 대해 외부로부터 상기 수용공간을 향하는 내측방향으로 이격되도록, 상기 도어본체로부터 상기 내측방향으로 연장되어 형성된 사출성형기용 도어장치에 관한 것이다.
