According to an embodiment of the present invention, a refrigerator comprises: a refrigerator body having a storage space; a refrigerator door rotationally disposed in the refrigerator body to open and close the storage space; and a door opening and closing device for selectively constraining the refrigerator door and the refrigerator body. The door opening and closing device can comprise: a rod unit hinged to the refrigerator door and disposed in a hook shape for an end portion at one side of the rod unit to be engaged to an engagement groove of the refrigerator body; a door handle connected to an end portion at the other side of the rod unit to rotate the rod unit; and a first elastic member for applying an external force to the end portion at the other side of the rod unit in the direction in which the end portion at the other side of the rod unit is rotated upwards.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 냉장고는 저장공간이 구비된 냉장고 본체; 상기 냉장고 본체에 회동 가능하게 구비되어 상기 저장공간을 개폐하는 냉장고 도어; 및 상기 냉장고 도어와 상기 냉장고 본체를 선택적으로 구속시키는 도어 개폐 장치를 포함하고, 상기 도어 개폐 장치는 상기 냉장고 도어에 힌지 결합되고 일측 단부가 상기 냉장고 본체의 걸림홈에 걸릴 수 있도록 후크 형상으로 구비되는 로드부; 상기 로드부의 타측 단부에 연결되어 상기 로드부를 회전시키는 도어 핸들; 및 상기 로드부의 타측 단부를 상향 회전시키는 방향으로 상기 로드부의 타측 단부에 외력을 가하는 제1 탄성부재;를 포함할 수 있다.
