Structure that installs breathable fabric to the space
The present invention relates to an installation structure of a breathable fabric, wherein a breathable fabric is detachably coupled to a frame by means of a Velcro tape. The breathable fabric is composed of a first fabric for fine dust prevention and a second fabric for reinforcement. In the frame, a plurality of upper/lower frames of a square frame shape are engaged with each other by a slider and a guide to be ascended or descended, wherein an ascending or descending position thereof is fixed by a stopper. An opening unit and an insertion groove which has a latching protrusion at both sides of the opening unit are formed in a square ring shape on a front surface or a rear surface of the upper/lower frames. In the Velcro tape, a resin layer is integrally formed on a rear surface of Velcro on a hook side before being inserted into the insertion groove of the frame so as to be fixed by the latching protrusion such that the hook may face the opening unit. Velcro on a loop side latched by the hook is fixed to an edge of the breathable fabric in order to be coupled to the Velcro on the hook side installed at the installation groove through the opening unit. Therefore, an installation process of the breathable fabric is improved to be simple and easy, such that anyone without expertise can easily install and replace the breathable fabric. Furthermore, a single product thereof can provide both a mothproofing function and a fine dust preventing function, and can be installed at a space of various specifications. Not only that, the frame to be installed is thin and light so as not to be affected by spatial constraints for installation. Moreover, the finishing of a portion exposed to the outside can be improved, and the service life thereof can be lengthened.
본 발명은 통기성 원단이 프레임에 밸크로 테이프를 통해서 착탈식으로 결합되도록 한 것으로, 상기 통기성 원단은 미세먼지 차단용 제 1원단과, 보강용 제 2원단을 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 프레임은 사각틀형의 복수개 상/하부 프레임이 슬라이더와 가이드로 서로 맞물리면서 승하강하고 스톱퍼에 의하여 승하강 위치가 고정되는 것으로, 상/하부 프레임의 정면 또는 배면에는 개구부와 상기 개구부 양측으로 걸림턱이 형성된 삽입홈이 사각링형으로 형성되며, 상기 밸크로 테이프는 후크측 밸크로 배면에 수지층이 일체로 형성되어 상기 프레임의 삽입홈으로 끼워져서 후크가 개구부를 향하도록 걸림턱에 의하여 고정되고 상기 후크에 걸리는 루프측 밸크로는 통기성 원단의 가장자리에 고정되어 삽입홈에 설치된 후크측 밸크로와 개구부를 통해서 결합되도록 구성되어, 통기성 원단의 설치과정을 간단하고 용이하게 개선하여 전문가가 아닌 누구나 통기성 원단을 용이하게 설치 및 교체할 수 있도록 함과 아울러 단일 제품으로 방충 및 미세먼지차단이 모두 가능하고 다양한 치수의 공간에 설치가 가능하도록 하며, 설치되는 프레임의 두께가 얇아 가볍고 설치공간에 제약을 받지 않으며 외부로 노출되는 부분의 미감이 향상되고 수명이 길어지도록 한 통기성 원단의 설치 구조에 관한 것이다.
