Method for Processing Pothole by Using Spreading Apparatus for Pothole
The present invention relates to a pothole processing method using a paving apparatus for a pothole which can be towed or loaded onto a vehicle. According to the present invention, the pothole processing method using a paving apparatus for a pothole cleans a pothole sensed on a road, three-dimensionally analyzes video data and image data obtained by photographing the pothole by a camera arranged on the paving apparatus for a pothole to check the scale of the pothole, cuts the road in a cuboid shape to include the pothole based on the checked scale of the pothole, cleans the cut portion, determines an injection amount of asphalt concrete corresponding to the volume of the portion cut in a cuboid shape, compares an asphalt concrete storage amount previously stored in the paving apparatus for a pothole and the determined asphalt concrete storage amount to inject asphalt concrete into the cut portion when the asphalt concrete storage amount is larger than the asphalt concrete injection amount, outputs an asphalt concrete shortage message by a screen output means arranged on the paving apparatus for a pothole or transmits the asphalt concrete shortage message to a wireless terminal of an operator who operates the paving apparatus for a pothole when the asphalt concrete injection amount is larger than the asphalt concrete storage amount, and rolls to compact the portion into which the asphalt concrete injected to flatten the portion by a roller.
본 발명의 포트홀 전용 포설기를 이용한 포트홀 처리 방법에 따르면, 차량에 탑재 또는 견인이 가능한 포트홀 전용 포설기를 이용한 포트홀 처리 방법에 있어서, 도로 상의 감지되는 포트홀에 대한 청소를 수행하고, 상기 포트홀 전용 포설기에 구비된 카메라를 통해 상기 포트홀을 촬영한 화상 데이터 및 영상 데이터를 입체적으로 분석하여 상기 포트홀의 규모를 확인하고, 상기 확인된 포트홀의 규모를 기반으로 상기 포트홀을 포함하도록 상기 도로를 직육면체 형태로 절삭하고, 절삭된 부분에 대한 청소를 수행하고, 상기 직육면체 형태로 절삭된 부분의 부피에 해당하는 아스콘 주입량을 결정하고, 상기 포트홀 전용 포설기에 기 저장된 아스콘 저장량과 상기 결정된 아스콘 저장량을 비교하여, 아스콘 저장량이 아스콘 주입량 보다 큰 경우 상기 절삭된 부분에 아스콘을 주입하고, 아스콘 주입량이 아스콘 저장량 보다 큰 경우 아스콘 부족 메시지를 상기 포트홀 전용 포설기에 구비된 화면 출력수단을 통해 출력하도록 하거나 상기 포트홀 전용 포설기를 운용하는 운용자의 무선단말로 전송하도록 하며, 상기 아스콘이 주입된 부분을 롤러로 롤링하여 평탄하도록 다진다.
