Pillar and handrail fixing structure of design fence
The present invention relates to a post and guardrail fixing structure of a design fence, which allows a guardrail to be conveniently, easily, and securely installed on a post of a fence installed on an edge of various pedestrian passages or bicycle roads and facilitates separation work of the guardrail from the post after installation. The post and guardrail fixing structure of a design fence comprises: a post having an upper cap installed on the upper end thereof and a lower cap installed on a lower portion thereof; a guardrail fixing bracket fixed and installed on a side of the post to fix a guardrail; a post reinforcing member inserted and installed on the center in the post in the longitudinal direction of the post; and a post fixing means connected and installed on the lower end of the post while being fixed and installed on the surface of the post via an anchor bolt. The post includes: a cutting line to be divided into two along the length of the center part; a fixing part coupling groove formed from the top to the bottom of the cutting line; a bracket fixing part which has long grooves of the same length formed at regular intervals on the front surface thereof and is tightly inserted and coupled to the fixing part coupling groove and fixed via a fixing piece; and a coupling part which has a stop protrusion formed on the lower end thereof to be inserted and coupled to the long grooves and is formed on the rear surface of the guardrail fixing bracket for fixing the guardrail.
본 발명은 각종 보행로 또는 자전거 도로 등의 가장자리에 설치되는 울타리의 지주에 난간을 간편하고 용이하며 견고하게 설치할 수 있음은 물론, 설치 후 지주로부터 난간의 분리작업이 간편한 디자인형 울타리 지주와 난간의 고정구조에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은, 상단에 상부 캡이 설치되고 하부에 하부 캡이 설치되는 지주와, 상기 지주의 측면에 고정 설치되어 난간을 고정하는 난간고정브래킷과, 상기 지주의 길이방향을 따라 지주의 내부 중앙에 삽입 설치되는 지주보강부재와, 지면의 표면에 앙카볼트를 매개로 고정 설치된 상태에서 상기 지주의 하단과 연결 설치되는 지주고정수단으로 구성되는 디자인형 울타리의 지주와 난간 고정구조에 있어서, 상기 지주는 중앙부 길이방향을 따라 양분되어 2개로 분할되도록 절개라인이 형성되고 그 절개라인의 상단에서 하단까지는 고정구결합 홈이 형성되며 상기 고정구결합 홈에는 전방 표면에 동일한 길이를 갖는 장홈이 일정간격 유지되게 형성된 브래킷고정구가 긴밀히 끼워 결합되어 고정피스를 매개로 고정되고, 상기 난간을 고정하는 난간고정브래킷의 후면에는 상기 장홈에 끼워 결합되도록 하단에 걸림 턱이 형성된 결합구를 형성시켜 된 것으로 이루어진다.

본 발명은 각종 보행로 또는 자전거 도로 등의 가장자리에 설치되는 울타리의 지주에 난간을 간편하고 용이하며 견고하게 설치할 수 있음은 물론, 설치 후 지주로부터 난간의 분리작업이 간편한 디자인형 울타리 지주와 난간의 고정구조에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은, 상단에 상부 캡이 설치되고 하부에 하부 캡이 설치되는 지주와, 상기 지주의 측면에 고정 설치되어 난간을 고정하는 난간고정브래킷과, 상기 지주의 길이방향을 따라 지주의 내부 중앙에 삽입 설치되는 지주보강부재와, 지면의 표면에 앙카볼트를 매개로 고정 설치된 상태에서 상기 지주의 하단과 연결 설치되는 지주고정수단으로 구성되는 디자인형 울타리의 지주와 난간 고정구조에 있어서, 상기 지주는 중앙부 길이방향을 따라 양분되어 2개로 분할되도록 절개라인이 형성되고 그 절개라인의 상단에서 하단까지는 고정구결합 홈이 형성되며 상기 고정구결합 홈에는 전방 표면에 동일한 길이를 갖는 장홈이 일정간격 유지되게 형성된 브래킷고정구가 긴밀히 끼워 결합되어 고정피스를 매개로 고정되고, 상기 난간을 고정하는 난간고정브래킷의 후면에는 상기 장홈에 끼워 결합되도록 하단에 걸림 턱이 형성된 결합구를 형성시켜 된 것으로 이루어진다.
