Prediction Method for the Quantification of Clinker Hydrates in Mineral Mixed Cement
A prediction method for quantifying clinker hydrates of mineral mixed cement according to the present invention comprises following steps: (a) extracting n SEM images of hydrated cement; (b) converting the n SEM images into n BSE images; (c) generating a reconstructed image by post-processing the n BSE images; and (d) performing quantification prediction through the reconstructed image from the n BSE images. The present invention can quantitatively predict the movement of clinker hydrated oxides of various mixed cements.
본 발명에 따른 광물성 혼합시멘트의 클린커 수화물 정량화 예측방법은, 수화된 시멘트의 SEM이미지를 n개 추출하는 (a)단계, 상기 n개의 SEM이미지를 n개의 BSE이미지로 변환하는 (b)단계, 상기 n개의 BSE이미지를 후처리하여 재구성 이미지를 생성하는 (c)단계 및 상기 n개의 BSE이미지로부터 재구성된 이미지를 통해 정량화 예측을 수행하는 (d)단계를 포함한다.
