Method for re-tensioning anchor
The present invention relates to a method for re-tensioning an anchor, capable of easily and strongly re-tensioning an anchored tendon by drawing an anchor head gripped by a drawing jig to the upper part regardless of the length by drawing the drawing jig by a drawing unit and lifting the drawing jig by coupling the drawing jig and the anchor head to each other by a tension transfer unit. According to the present invention, the method for re-tensioning an anchor is to re-tension the tendon by drawing the anchor head to which one or more tendons are anchored. The method for re-tensioning an anchor comprises: (a) a step of accommodating the anchor head in the lower part of the drawing jig divided into at least two or more pieces on a plane in the shape of a cylinder with an opened lower part, fixing the anchor head and the drawing jig by the tension transfer unit between the inner circumferential surface of the drawing jig and the outer circumferential surface of the anchor head, and installing the drawing jig in the upper part of the drawing jig to connect the drawing unit for drawing the drawing jig to the upper part; (b) a step of fixing the divided drawing jig to each other by connecting a ring-shaped guide ring to the outside of the drawing jig; (c) a step of connecting a drawing means to the upper part of the drawing unit; (d) a step of tensioning the tendon anchored to the anchor head by drawing the drawing unit to the drawing means and drawing the drawing jig and the anchor head to the upper part; and (e) a step of maintaining tension by inserting a seam plate into the lower part of the anchor head.
본 발명은 응력 전달구에 의하여 견인 지그와 앵커 헤드를 상호 체결함으로써, 견인구로 견인 지그를 견인하여 상승시킴에 따라 견인 지그에 파지된 앵커 헤드를 길이와 무관하게 상부로 견인하여 이에 정착된 긴장재를 쉽고 견고하게 재긴장할 수 있는 앵커 재긴장 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 앵커 재긴장 방법은 적어도 하나 이상의 긴장재가 정착된 앵커 헤드를 견인하여 긴장재를 재긴장하기 위한 것으로, (a) 하부가 개방된 원통 형상으로 평면상 적어도 2 이상으로 분할된 견인 지그의 하부에는 상기 앵커 헤드가 수용되고, 앵커 헤드의 외주면과 견인 지그의 내주면 사이에서 응력 전달구가 앵커 헤드와 견인 지그를 상호 고정하며, 상기 견인 지그의 상부에는 견인 지그를 상부로 견인하기 위한 견인구가 결합되도록 견인 지그를 설치하는 단계; (b) 상기 견인 지그의 외부에 링 형상의 가이드링을 결합하여 분할된 견인 지그를 상호 고정하는 단계; (c) 상기 견인구의 상부에 견인수단을 결합하는 단계; (d) 상기 견인수단으로 견인구를 견인하여 견인 지그 및 앵커 헤드를 상부로 견인함으로써 앵커 헤드에 정착된 긴장재를 긴장하는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 앵커 헤드의 하부에 심플레이트를 삽입하여 긴장력을 유지하는 단계; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
