MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ALUMINUM NITRIDE SINTERED BODY
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an aluminum nitride sintered body, comprising: a first step of manufacturing an aqueous solution containing aluminum nitrate, yttrium nitrate, zirconium nitrate, and stearic acid; a second step of separating and drying a precipitate obtained by heating the solution of the first step to manufacture yttrium-doped aluminum nitride powder; a third step of heat-treating the aluminum nitride powder doped with yttrium and zirconium; and a fourth step of manufacturing and sintering pellets using the aluminum nitride powder doped with yttrium and zirconium. The present invention can obtain a high density and high strength aluminum nitride sintered body while lowering a sintering process temperature.
본 발명은, 질산 알루미늄, 질산 이트륨, 질산 지르코늄 및 스테아르산을 포함한 수용액을 제조하는 제1 단계; 상기 제1 단계의 용액을 가열하여 얻은 침전물을 분리 및 건조하여 이트륨이 도핑된 질화알루미늄 분체를 제조하는 제2 단계; 상기 이트륨 및 지르코늄이 도핑된 질화알루미늄 분체를 열처리하는 제3 단계; 및 상기 이트륨 및 지르코늄이 도핑된 질화알루미늄 분체를 이용하여 펠렛을 제조하고 소결하는 제4 단계;를 포함하는 질화알루미늄 소결체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
