본 발명의 실시예에 따른 욕실 관리 시스템의 제어방법은, 사용자의 수면패턴을 측정하는 단계; 측정된 수면패턴을 분석하여 사용자의 컨디션을 결정하는 단계; 및 결정된 컨디션에 따라 출수부의 출수온도를 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
