Wall Structure Using Stone And Insulation Panel Unit
The present invention relates to a structure which fixates the lower surface of an insulation panel unit (510) and an ultra-slim stone plate (520) to a wall body (W) by a panel fixating angle (730). Here, the panel fixating angle (730) is formed in an L shape, and is provided with a horizontal composite panel connecting unit (731) and a vertical anchor bolt connecting unit (732). A lower end portion fixating fastener (750) coupled to the composite panel connecting unit (731) of the panel fixating angle (730) is formed in an S shape, wherein a bent large-sized latching unit (751) and a small-sized latching unit (753) are formed to be opposite to each other. In addition, a large-sized latching wing unit (752) and a small-sized latching wing unit (754) are respectively formed on both side surfaces thereof. Polymer mortar is bonded to the outer edge of the insulation panel unit (510) to surround the same. In addition, a U-shaped panel latching groove (711) is lengthily formed at the gap from the ultra-slim stone plate (520), such that the large-sized latching unit (751) may be inserted into a panel latching groove (711) of the insulation panel unit (510). Therefore, the present invention can be applied to a conventional building as an insulation panel and a material for reducing noise between floors without changing the design.
본 발명은 단열패널유닛(510)과 초슬림석재판(520)의 하부면을 패널고정앵글(730)에 의하여 벽체(W)에 고정시키는 구조로서, 상기 패널고정앵글(730)은 “ㄴ”자 형상으로 형성되어있고, 수평으로 된 복합패널연결부(731)와 수직으로 된 앵커볼트연결부(732)가 형성되어 있고, 상기 패널고정앵글(730)의 복합패널연결부(731)과 결합되는 하단부고정용체결파스너(750)는 역으로 된 “ㄹ”형상으로 형성되어 있되, 꺽어진 대형걸림부(751)와 소형걸림부(753)가 서로 대향되게 형성되어 있고, 각각에는 양측면으로 대형걸림날개부(752)와 소형걸림날개부(754)가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 단열패널유닛(510)의 외곽에 폴리머몰탈이 접합되어 감싸고, 상기 초슬림석재판(520)과의 사이에는 길게 “U”자형 패널걸림홈(711)을 형성하여, 상기 대형걸림부(751)는 열패널유닛(510)의 패널걸림홈(711)에 끼워지게 된다.
