The present invention relates to a wall body coupling structure using an exterior composite panel, wherein an outer panel (210, 230) applied to an insulation panel unit (P) is uniformly separated to be produced, and includes an insulation material (222, 232) formed in a shape in which an insulation material is filled, and a mesh (WM) surrounding the outside of the insulation material (222, 232). Moreover, the outer panel (210, 230) is formed in a square shape with a predetermined thickness. In addition, each corner of the outer panel (210, 230) is processed to have a stepped projection (223, 225) corresponding to each other so as to be engaged with an adjacent outer panel (210, 230), and coating mortar (M) is applied on the entirety of the outside of the outer panel (210, 230) which is bonded after being separated. One among a urethane insulation material, expanded polystyrene (EPS), a panel form insulation material, a PF board insulation material, a bulk insulation material, a fiberglass mat insulation material, a mineral wool mat insulation material, a pressing surface insulation material, and a polyurethane insulation material is selected as the material of the insulation material (222, 232). Therefore, the present invention can be applied to a conventional building as an insulation panel and a material for reducing noise between floors without changing the design.
본 발명은 단열패널유닛(P)에 적용되는 외부패널(210)(230)은 균등하게 분리 제작되어 단열재가 충진된 형상으로 성형제작된 단열재(222)(232)및 상기 단열재(222)(232)의 외부를 감싸는 메쉬(WM)를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 외부패널(210)(230)은 소정의 두께를 가지는 사각형으로 형성하며, 상기 외부패널(210)(230)의 각 모서리는 인접하는 외부패널(210)(230)과 맞물리도록 서로 대응되게 단차(223)(225) 가공되어 있되, 분리후 접합된 외부패널(210)(230)의 외부에는 코팅몰탈(M)에 의하여 전체가 도포되고, 상기 단열재(222)(232)의 재료로는 우레탄 단열재, EPS(발포폴리스틸렌), 패널폼 단열재, PF보드 단열재, 벌크 단열재, 유리섬유매트 단열재, 미네랄울매트 단열재, 압면 단열재, 폴리우레탄 단열재 중 어느 하나를 선택하는 외장용 복합패널을 이용한 벽체 결합구조이다.
