According to the present invention, an apparatus for fixing an exterior material of a building comprises: a vertical member which is a square pipe vertically arranged on the ground, allows an exterior material to be coupled to one side thereof, allows the other side thereof to be bent inwards in the longitudinal direction to be opened, and has sawteeth formed on one bent end thereof; a pair of horizontal members wherein one side thereof is coupled to an outer wall, and the other side thereof is coupled to both sides of the vertical member; and a connection member wherein one side thereof is coupled to be meshed with sawteeth of the vertical member, and both sides thereof are coupled to sides of the pair of horizontal members. According to the apparatus for fixing an exterior material of a building, the vertical member and the horizontal members can be coupled, without welding to avoid a fire, to increase stability. The vertical member is coupled in the longitudinal direction of an exterior material to be stably supported and quickly coupled in a simple structure to improve construction efficiency. Also, the sawteeth of the vertical member and a sawtooth surface of the connection member are coupled to be meshed with each other to improve fixing power and binding power to absorb an external impact such as wind pressure and earthquake and disperse and transfer stress. A defection phenomenon caused by a load is eliminated to maintain a stable structure of a building for a long time.
본 발명의 건축외장재 고정장치는 지면에 수직방향으로 배치되는 각파이프로, 일측면에 외장재가 결합되며, 타측면이 길이방향을 따라 내측으로 절곡되어 개방되고, 절곡된 일단에는 톱니가 형성되는 수직부재; 일측면이 외벽에 결합되고 타측이 상기 수직부재의 양측면에 각각 결합되는 한 쌍의 수평부재; 및 일측이 상기 수직부재의 톱니에 맞물리도록 결합되며, 양측면이 상기 한 쌍의 수평부재의 측면에 결합되는 연결부재를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 건축외장재 고정장치에 의하면, 수직부재와 수평부재가 용접없이 결합 가능하여 화재위험을 미연에 방지하여 안정성이 높고, 수직부재가 외장재의 길이방향을 따라 결합되어 안정적으로 지지가능하며 간단한 구조로 빠르게 결합시킬 수 있어 시공효율이 향상될 수 있다. 또한 수직부재의 톱니와 연결부재의 톱니면이 서로 맞물리도록 결합됨으로써, 고정력과 결속력을 향상시켜 외부로부터 전달되는 풍압 및 지진과 같은 외부충격을 흡수하고, 응력을 분산하여 전달할 수 있으며, 하중으로 인한 처짐현상이 발생되지 않아 오랜 기간동안 건축물의 안정적인 구조를 유지할 수 있다.
