SEMI-NONCOMBUSTIBLE COMPOSITE-PANEL FOR INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR BUILDING MATERIAL
The present invention provides a semi-noncombustible complex panel for interior and exterior building materials, which provides a semi-noncombustible complex panel for interior and exterior building materials including a noncombustible layer of a semi-noncombustible material and a PH noncombustible layer formed on one surface of the noncombustible layer. In addition, the noncombustible layer having semi-noncombustible properties is equipped with one or more thereof to be in contact with each other, and the PH noncombustible layer is located between at least one of the noncombustible layer. According to the present invention, the noncombustible layer having noncombustible properties has excellent processability since the noncombustible layer is equipped with a fiber material, has excellent price competitiveness. In addition, the noncombustible layer having incombustibility is composed to include sodium silicate and vermiculite, thereby having excellent fire heat resistance.
본 발명은 내, 외장재용 준불연 복합 판넬로서, 준불연 재질의 불연층 및 불연층의 일면에 형성되는 PF불연층을 포함하는 내, 외장재용 준불연 복합 판넬을 제공한다. 또한, 준 불연성을 갖는 불연층은 하나 이상으로 구비되어 접하도록 위치되고 PF불연층은 하나 이상의 불연층의 사이에 위치한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 준 불연성을 갖는 불연층은 섬유 재질로 구비되기 때문에 가공성이 뛰어나고, 가격 경쟁력이 뛰어나며, 준 불연성을 갖는 불연층은 규산 나트륨 및 질석을 포함되도록 구성되기 때문에 화기 저항이 뛰어나다.
