SIMULTANEOUS INJECTION METHOD OF PERMEATION GROUTING FOR REINFORCING TUNNEL USING OUTER PACKER
Provided is a simultaneous injection method of permeation grouting for tunnel reinforcement using outer packers, which is a waterproofing and reinforcing grouting method for enhancing the stability of a tunnel face when excavating a tunnel in soft ground and ground with excessive water infiltration. The simultaneous injection method uses a plurality of detachable outer packers that are elastomer-based corrugated elastic packers to perform efficient and quick grouting in the ground. In addition, the simultaneous injection method, after installing a plurality of detachable outer packers on the outer circumferential surface of a steel pipe and forming partitions between the outer packers, simultaneously performs permeation grouting without sealant insertion and backflow prevention valve installation as in the existing method so as to reinforce the ground and maximize the waterproofing effect.
연약지반 및 유입수가 과다한 지반내 터널굴착시 막장면의 안정성을 증진시키기 위한 차수 및 보강 그라우팅 공법으로서, 엘라스토머 계열의 주름진 탄성 패커인 다수의 탈착식 외부패커를 사용하여 효율적이며 신속하게 지반내 그라우팅을 수행할 수 있고, 또한, 강관의 외주면에 탈착식 외부패커를 다수 설치하여 각 외부패커 간에 격벽을 형성한 후 기존의 실링재 투입 및 역류방지밸브의 설치 없이 침투그라우팅을 동시에 실시함으로써 지반을 강화하고 차수효과를 극대화할 수 있는, 외부패커를 이용한 터널보강용 침투그라우팅 동시주입 공법이 제공된다.
