Rainwater filter manufacturing method and rainwater filter manufactured thereby
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a rainwater filtration device, and to a rainwater filtration device manufactured thereby. In particular, the rainwater filtration device guides and collects rainwater being discharged through a storm water pipeline when raining; allows the rainwater to be reused as residential water by removing impurities therefrom; and can be rapidly and easily manufactured. According to the present invention, the following components are injection molded to form a rainwater filtration device (S): a filtration housing (100) which is formed in a cylindrical shape so as to create a swirl once rainwater is introduced, thereby minimizing the amount of rainwater to be treated as wastewater; a filter cover (200) which is mounted inside the filtration housing (100) to secure a lower filter (300) and an upper filter (400); a separation-preventing ring (500) which is mounted on an upper end of the filter cover (200) to prevent the lower filter (300) and the upper filter (400) from being separated; and a cap (600) which is fixedly coupled to an upper end of the filtration housing (100) and serves to block impurities from entering, wherein the lower filter (300) and the upper filter (400) are double-shot injection molded by using mesh nets (310, 410) and sequentially inserted into the filter cover (200).
본 발명은 우천시 건물의 우수관을 통해 배수되는 빗물을 유도 집수하여 생활용수로 재사용할 수 있도록 불순물을 분리 해 줌과 동시에 신속하고 수월하게 제조할 수 있는 빗물 여과기 제조방법 및 그로써 제조된 빗물 여과기에 관한 것으로, 빗물이 유입된 후 와류 현상이 발생되도록 하여 폐수 처리 되는 빗물을 최소화 할 수 있도록 원통형으로 형성된 여과 하우징(100)과, 상기 여과 하우징(100)의 내부에 안착되어 하부필터(300)와 상부필터(400)를 고정해주는 필터 커버(200)와, 상기 필터 커버(200)의 상단에 안착되어 하부필터(300)와 상부필터(400)의 이탈을 방지하는 이탈방지 링(500)과, 상기 여과 하우징(100)의 상단에 체결고정되어 평상시 이물질의 유입을 차단하는 캡(600)을 사출성형하고, 상기 하부필터(300)와 상부필터(400)는 각각 메쉬망(310, 410)을 이용하여 2중 사출 후 필터커버(200)에 순차적으로 삽입시켜 빗물여과기(S)가 제조된다.
