Water supply valve with filter for agricultural waterway
The present invention relates to a filter type water supply valve for an agricultural waterway, capable of efficiently and smoothly supplying water by having a function for controlling a water supply amount and a function for removing foreign substances from water supplied to farmland through a water supply pipe along an agricultural waterway. According to the present invention, the filter type water supply valve for an agricultural waterway includes: a valve body installed at the inlet of a water supply pipe provided on one side of an agricultural waterway to connect individual farmland and the agricultural waterway, and penetrated by a water flow path through which the water flows in forward and backward longitudinal directions; a connection pipe connecting the rear end of the valve body to the water supply pipe; a filter installed at the front end of the valve body to filter out foreign substances contained in the water; a blocking water turbine installed on one side in front of the front end of the valve body, including a plurality of blocking wings arranged in a circular form, and rotating in accordance with inflow pressure from the water while blocking the foreign substances contained in the water in front of the filter and removing the foreign substances attached on the front side of the filter; and a flow rate control plate installed at the rear end of the valve body to control the flow rate of the water flowing through the water flow path.
본 발명은 농수로를 따라 용수공급관을 통해 농경지로 공급되는 용수에 포함된 이물질을 제거하는 기능과 용수의 공급량을 조절하는 기능을 겸비하여 용수의 공급을 원활하고 효율적으로 할 수 있는 농수로용 필터식 급수밸브에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 농수로의 일측에 마련되어 개별 농경지와 농수로를 연결하는 용수공급관의 입구에 설치되고 전후 길이방향으로 상기 용수가 통과하는 용수통과유로가 관통되는 밸브몸체; 상기 밸브몸체의 후단을 상기 용수공급관과 연결하는 연결관; 상기 밸브몸체의 선단에 설치되어 상기 용수에 포함된 이물질을 여과하는 여과망; 상기 밸브몸체의 선단 전방 일측에 회전 가능하게 설치되고 복수 개의 차단날개가 원형으로 배치되며 상기 용수의 유입압력에 따라 회전하면서 상기 여과망 전방에서 상기 용수에 포함된 이물질을 차단하고 상기 여과망의 전면에 부착된 이물질을 제거하는 차단수차; 및 상기 밸브몸체의 후단에 설치되어 상기 용수통과유로를 통과하는 상기 용수의 통과유량을 조절하는 유량조절판;을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 농수로용 필터식 급수밸브를 기술적 요지로 한다.
