Agricultural waterway pipe with smooth water supply
The present invention relates to an agricultural channel, which flattens the bottom surface of the lower portion of a socket unit for the connection of an agricultural channel. Moreover, a fastening flange which is bolt-fastened to both sides of the socket unit and the coupling unit protrudes in order to facilitate ease in construction. Furthermore, a reservoir wall with a predetermined height is formed in the water channel such that water may be smoothly supplied through a branch pipe. To this end, the present invention allows fastening flanges (11, 21) to protrude from the both sides of the socket unit (10) and the coupling unit (20) provided at the both sides of the agricultural channel, while a bolt hole is punched at the fastening flange (11, 21) for the fastening of a bolt (50). In addition, the reservoir wall (41) is provided to guarantee the water level for smooth water supply to the branch pipe (31) of the branch unit on the channel. Therefore, according to the present invention, the bottom surface of the lower portion of the fastened socket unit is flattened such that the horizontality of the agricultural channel may be maintained during the construction process, thereby facilitating ease in construction. In addition, as the fastening flange is formed to be bolt-fastened to the socket unit and the coupling unit, the fastening thereof may be solidly performed. A packing is provided on the inner wall of the socket unit to be coupled to the packing groove, and a mortar placing groove is formed on the inside such that concrete mortar may be placed, thereby maintaining excellent watertightness.
본 고안은 농수로관에 관한 것으로, 농수로관의 연결을 위한 소켓부의 하부 바닥면을 평면화하고 상기 소켓부와 결합부의 양측에 볼트 결속되는 결속플랜지를 돌출형성하여 용이하게 시공할 수 있도록 하며, 수로의 내부에 일정 높이를 갖는 저수벽을 형성하여 분기관으로 원활하여 용수의 공급이 이루어질 수 있도록 한 것이다. 즉, 본 고안은 농수로관의 양측에 구비되는 소켓부(10)와 결합부(20)의 양측에 결속플랜지(11,21)를 돌출형성하고,상기 결속플랜지(11,21)에 볼트(50) 결속을 위한 볼트공을 천공형하며, 수로상에 분기부의 분기관(31)으로의 원활한 용수공급을 위한 수위를 확보할 수 있게 저수벽(41)을 구비한 것이다.따라서, 본 고안은 결속되는 소켓부의 하부 저면을 평면화하므로서 시공과정에 있어 농수로관의 수평이 유지되어 그 시공이 용이하게 이루어지며, 소켓부와 결합부에 볼트 결속되는 결속플랜지를 형성하므로서 그 결속이 견고하게 이루어지고, 소켓부의 내벽에 패킹홈에 결합되는 패킹을 구비하고 내측에 콘크리트몰탈이 타설되는 몰탈타설홈을 형성하므로서 수밀이 긴밀하에 유지되는 것이다.

The present invention relates to an agricultural channel, which flattens the bottom surface of the lower portion of a socket unit for the connection of an agricultural channel. Moreover, a fastening flange which is bolt-fastened to both sides of the socket unit and the coupling unit protrudes in order to facilitate ease in construction. Furthermore, a reservoir wall with a predetermined height is formed in the water channel such that water may be smoothly supplied through a branch pipe. To this end, the present invention allows fastening flanges (11, 21) to protrude from the both sides of the socket unit (10) and the coupling unit (20) provided at the both sides of the agricultural channel, while a bolt hole is punched at the fastening flange (11, 21) for the fastening of a bolt (50). In addition, the reservoir wall (41) is provided to guarantee the water level for smooth water supply to the branch pipe (31) of the branch unit on the channel. Therefore, according to the present invention, the bottom surface of the lower portion of the fastened socket unit is flattened such that the horizontality of the agricultural channel may be maintained during the construction process, thereby facilitating ease in construction. In addition, as the fastening flange is formed to be bolt-fastened to the socket unit and the coupling unit, the fastening thereof may be solidly performed. A packing is provided on the inner wall of the socket unit to be coupled to the packing groove, and a mortar placing groove is formed on the inside such that concrete mortar may be placed, thereby maintaining excellent watertightness.
본 고안은 농수로관에 관한 것으로, 농수로관의 연결을 위한 소켓부의 하부 바닥면을 평면화하고 상기 소켓부와 결합부의 양측에 볼트 결속되는 결속플랜지를 돌출형성하여 용이하게 시공할 수 있도록 하며, 수로의 내부에 일정 높이를 갖는 저수벽을 형성하여 분기관으로 원활하여 용수의 공급이 이루어질 수 있도록 한 것이다. 즉, 본 고안은 농수로관의 양측에 구비되는 소켓부(10)와 결합부(20)의 양측에 결속플랜지(11,21)를 돌출형성하고,상기 결속플랜지(11,21)에 볼트(50) 결속을 위한 볼트공을 천공형하며, 수로상에 분기부의 분기관(31)으로의 원활한 용수공급을 위한 수위를 확보할 수 있게 저수벽(41)을 구비한 것이다.따라서, 본 고안은 결속되는 소켓부의 하부 저면을 평면화하므로서 시공과정에 있어 농수로관의 수평이 유지되어 그 시공이 용이하게 이루어지며, 소켓부와 결합부에 볼트 결속되는 결속플랜지를 형성하므로서 그 결속이 견고하게 이루어지고, 소켓부의 내벽에 패킹홈에 결합되는 패킹을 구비하고 내측에 콘크리트몰탈이 타설되는 몰탈타설홈을 형성하므로서 수밀이 긴밀하에 유지되는 것이다.
