Bicycle road fence with early warning sign
The present invention relates to a fence having an early danger warning device embedded therein installed along a bicycle road to enable a bicycle rider and a pedestrian to safely use the bicycle road on which a traffic sign and a crosswalk sign are not installed. An objective of the present invention is to detect danger from an invisible place and a difficult place and inform a bicycle rider of the danger or provide a view to prevent an accident in an early stage. According to the present invention, the fence for protecting a person comprises: a pole (support) supporting the fence; a display unit disposed on the upper part of the fence pole and informing a user of danger information with a lighting function, an LED, a buzzer, and the like; a detection unit protruding from or embedded in the center of the fence pole and detecting movement of a person (bicycle) and animals with a motion sensor; a control unit embedded in the fence pole and determining a signal of the sensor unit to calculate speed, location, distance, and the like to transmit a signal to the display unit; and a power supply unit embedded in the fence pole and supplying a power input to operate the early danger warning device. According to the present invention, the present invention provides an effect of detecting the danger from the invisible place and the difficult place and informing the bicycle rider of the danger or providing the view to prevent an accident in an early stage.
본 발명은 교통신호등 또는 횡단보도 신호등이 없는 곳인 자전거 도로에서 자전거, 보행자가 안전하게 도로를 이용할 수 있는 조기위험경보기가 내장되어있는 자전거도로에 설치된 펜스에 관한 것으로서, 보이지 않은 곳, 어려운 곳의 위험을 감지 후 위험을 알리거나 시야를 제공함으로써 사고를 조기에 예방하도록 함을 목적으로 한것이다. 즉, 펜스에 있어서, 사람을 보호하는 펜스(울타리)에 펜스를 지지하는 기둥(지지대)와 상기 펜스 기둥에 상부에 위치하여 조명기능과 LED 및 부저 등을 사용하여 이용자에게 위험정보를 표시 및 알리는 표시부, 상기 펜스 기둥에 중앙에 돌출 또는 내장되어 사람(자전거) 및 동물의 움직임을 동적센서를 이용하여 감지하는 감지부, 상기 펜스 기둥에 내장되어 센서부의 신호를 판단하여 속도, 위치, 거리등을 계산하여 표시부에 신호를 보내는 제어부, 상기 펜스 기둥에 내장되어 위험조기위험경보기가 작동하도록 전원 입력을 주는 전원부로 구성한 것이다. 따라서,본 발명은 보이지 않은 곳, 어려운 곳의 위험을 감지 후 위험을 알리거나 시야를 제공함으로써 사고를 조기에 예방하도록 함을 목적으로 한 효과를 갖는 것이다.
