The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a scoria gypsum board, the method comprising: a sorting step of sorting scoria powder having a proper particle size after grinding scoria ore; a mixing step of preparing a mixture by uniformly mixing the scoria powder and gypsum powder; a base kneading step of preparing a base dough for the board by adding a surfactant and water to the mixture and kneading for sludge formation; a molding step of molding a plate by pouring the sludge-formed base dough for the board into a mold; and a demolding step of obtaining a plate-shaped board by demolding the mold, thereby having excellent antibacterial, antifungal, deodorizing, and harmful gas removal functions.
본 발명은 스코리아 원석을 분쇄 후 적정 입자크기를 갖는 스코리아 분말을 선별하도록 하는 선별단계; 상기 스코리아 분말과 석고 분말을 균일하게 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 혼합단계; 상기 혼합물에 계면활성제 및 물을 넣어 반죽하여 슬러지화시켜서 보드용 기재반죽을 만들도록 하는 기재 반죽단계; 슬러지화된 상기 보드용 기재반죽을 몰드에 부어서 판상으로 성형하는 성형단계; 상기 몰드를 탈형하여 판상 보드를 얻도록 하는 탈형단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스코리아 석고보드의 제조방법 및 그에 따라 제조되어 우수한 항균, 항곰팡이, 탈취, 유해가스 제거기능 등을 가지는 스코리아 석고보드에 관한 기술이다.
