LIFTING TYPE FLOODING PROTECTION WALL
The present invention relates to a lift type flooding protection wall. The lift type flooding protection wall includes a waterproofing unit which includes: a foundation structure installed in a longitudinal direction of a bank while having its top buried in the ground to correspond to the height of the surface of the bank and including a storage space formed therein; a waterproofing wall vertically arranged in the storage space of the foundation structure and being lifted and lowered while being in an embedded state; and a lifting and lowering device for lifting and lowering the waterproofing wall. According to the present invention, at a normal water level, the waterproofing wall is buried in the ground to function as a road or footpath, but when the water level of the river increases, the waterproofing wall protrudes from the ground to prevent the overflow of the river water. Therefore, the lift type flooding protection wall is capable of providing a flooding protection effect to a bank overflow-vulnerable area, in which the connection of a flooding protection wall is difficult, such as a connection part of a river trail or a vehicle entry part of terrace land on the river.
본 발명은 제방의 길이 방향을 따라 설치되되 그 상단이 제방의 표면 높이와 일치하도록 지중에 매설되며 내측에 수용공간이 형성되는 기초구조체와, 상기 기초구조체의 수용공간 내에 수직하게 배치되어 내장된 상태에서 승하강하는 차수벽 및 상기 차수벽을 승하강시키는 승하강 장치를 포함하여 구성되는 차수 유닛을 포함하여 구성되는 리프트형 홍수 방어벽에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 리프트형 홍수 방어벽은 평수위시에는 차수벽이 지중에 매복되어 도로나 보행로의 역할을 담당하고, 하천 수위가 상승시에는 차수벽이 지상으로 돌출되어 하천수의 월류를 방지함으로써, 고수부지의 자동차 진입부나 하천 산책로 연결부와 같이 홍수 방어벽의 연결이 어려운 제방 월류 취약 지점에 홍수 방어의 효과를 제공할 수 있다.
