LIFTING TYPE FLOODING PROTECTION WALL
The present invention relates to a lifting type overflow prevention structure having a barrier wall embedded inside the basic structure buried in a bank to function as a road or a pedestrian passage at an ordinary water level, and rising from inside the basic structure and protruding above the upper surface of the basic structure to prevent the overflow of stream water when the water level of the stream water rises. The lifting type overflow prevention structure of the present invention comprises a plurality of connected barrier units including: a basic structure installed in a longitudinal direction of a bank, buried underground to make the upper end thereof correspond to the surface height of the bank, and having an accommodation space formed inside; a barrier wall arranged vertically inside the accommodation space of the basic structure and lifted while being embedded inside the accommodation space; and a lifting device for lifting the barrier wall. According to the present invention, the barrier wall is buried underground to function as a road or a pedestrian passage at an ordinary water level, and the barrier wall protrudes overground to prevent the overflow of stream water when the water level of the stream water rises. Accordingly, flooding can be prevented at vulnerable points of bank overflow where flooding defense walls cannot be connected easily, such as car entrance parts and river walkway connection parts of a flood plain.
본 발명은 평수위시에는 차수벽이 제방에 매설된 기초구조체 내부에 내장되어 도로나 보행로의 역할을 담당하고, 하천 수위가 상승시에는 차수벽이 기초구조체 내부로부터 상승하여 기초구조체의 상면 위로 돌출되어 하천수의 월류를 방지하는 승하강식 월류 차단 구조물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 제방의 길이 방향을 따라 설치되되, 그 상단이 제방의 표면 높이와 일치하도록 지중에 매설되며 내측에 수용공간이 형성되는 기초구조체; 상기 기초구조체의 수용공간 내에 수직하게 배치되어 내장된 상태에서 승하강하는 차수벽; 및 상기 차수벽을 승하강시키는 승하강 장치;를 포함하여 구성되는 차수 유닛이 복수 개 연결되어 구성된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 본 발명에서는 평수위시에는 차수벽이 지중에 매복되어 도로나 보행로의 역할을 담당하고, 하천 수위가 상승시에는 차수벽이 지상으로 돌출되어 하천수의 월류를 방지함으로써, 고수부지의 자동차 진입부나 하천 산책로 연결부와 같이 홍수 방어벽의 연결이 어려운 제방 월류 취약 지점의 홍수를 방어할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
