The present invention relates to an automatic screen assembly device comprising: a fixed base formed to transfer a screen frame body, in which upper and lower horizontal frame bodies and left and right frame bodies are assembled in a rectangular shape, and a screen, which is cut according to the standard of an assembly groove rectangularly connected to the screen frame body so that the screen frame body and the screen are automatically supplied, stopped, and discharged in a state in which the screen is placed on the screen frame body; a reciprocating device installed to reciprocate in a longitudinal direction along left and right LM guide rails fixedly installed to be parallel between left and right upper fixing members formed symmetrically on both widthwise sides of the fixed base; a cutting blade assembly part and a pleating assembly part installed to reciprocate in a width direction along a connection part for connecting left and right movable parts of the reciprocating device to fit an elastic packing ring onto the assembly groove formed on the screen frame body together with an edge portion of the screen; and a packing ring supply bobbin formed on an upper end of the left movable part and having the elastic packing ring wound therearound to supply the elastic packing ring to the cutting blade assembly part. Therefore, the automatic screen assembly device can reduce the time required to assemble the screen frame body and the screen.
본 발명은 방충망 자동조립장치에 관한 것으로, 상,하부 가로틀체와 좌,우측 세로틀체가 직사각형 모양으로 조립되는 방충망틀체와 상기 방충망틀체에 직사각형으로 연결되는 조립홈의 규격에 맞추어 재단된 방충망이 방충망틀체 위에 얹혀진 상태로 자동으로 공급, 정지 및 배출되게 이송시킬 수 있도록 구성되는 고정기대와; 상기 고정기대의 폭 방향 양측에 대칭으로 형성되는 좌,우측 상부고정간에 평행하도록 고정 설치된 좌,우측 LM가이드레일을 따라 전,후 길이방향을 향해 왕복이동이 가능하게 설치되도록 구성되는 왕복이동장치와; 상기 왕복이동장치의 좌,우측 가동부를 잇는 연결부를 따라 좌,우측 폭 방향으로 왕복이동이 가능하게 설치되어 탄성패킹링을 방충망의 가장자리부분과 함께 방충망틀체에 형성되어 있는 조립홈에 끼워주기 위한 컷팅날조립부 및 홀치기조립부와; 상기 좌측 가동부의 상단에 형성되어 상기 컷팅날조립부로 탄성패킹링을 공급하도록 탄성패킹링이 권취되어 있도록 형성되는 패킹링공급보빈을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 발명이다.
