On-site reassembly apparatus for ultra early strength concrete and construction method using the same
The present invention is to provide an on-site reassembly apparatus of ultra high-early-strength concrete and a construction method using the same, wherein a first auger (110) and a second auger (120) in the on-site reassembly apparatus (100) rotate in the direction of engagement with each other to re-stir a material, thereby preventing blade from being agitated by biasing only in one direction when mixing ultra high-early-strength concrete to smoothly transfer the material to a transport hole by collecting the material from both ends to inwards.
본 발명은 초조강 콘크리트의 현장재배합 장치 및 이를 이용한 시공방법을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 현장재배합 장치(100)에서 제1 오거(110)와 제2 오거(120)가 서로 맞물리는 방향으로 회전시켜 재료를 재교반시켜 초조강 콘크리트의 배합시 날이 한쪽 방향으로만 치우쳐서 교반되는 것을 방지하여 양쪽 끝에서 안쪽으로 재료가 모아져 이송 홀로 원활하게 전달되도록 할 수 있다.
