On-site Reassembly Ultra Early Strength Concrete Composition and Road Concrete Repairing Method Using The Same
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an on-site re-mixed ultra-high-early-strength concrete composition, and a construction and maintenance method using the same, wherein a ready-mixed material comprises: 4.5-5.10 wt% of water; 11.00-13.50 wt% of cement; 40.00-42.50 wt% of fine aggregates; 29.50-31.00 wt% of coarse aggregates; 0.17-0.20 wt% of a water reducing agent; and 0.01-0.03 wt% of an air-entraining (AE) agent, and an additional admixture comprises: 3.40-3.90 wt% of latex; 0.90-2.10 wt% of a fast-hardening admixture; 5.20-6.00 wt% of an early-strength accelerating material; 0.08-0.12 wt% of an antifoaming agent; and 0.05-0.07 wt % of a retarder. Instead of using ultra-high-early-strength cement, pozzolan materials, such as silica fume, are used in a concrete pavement repairing material which requires implementation of early strength, and thus, usage of unit cement is reduced. Moreover, usage of conventional latex is significantly reduced while performance of concrete is maintained through advantageous effects of the pozzolan materials, and thus, it is possible to reduce continuously-increasing road pavement costs.
본 발명은 현장재배합 초조강 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 유지보수 시공방법을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 레미콘 재료로는 물 4.5 ~ 5.10 중량%, 시멘트 11.00 ~ 13.50 중량%, 잔골재 40.00 ~ 42.50 중량%, 굵은골재 29.50 ~ 31.00 중량%, 감수제 0.17 ~0.20 중량%, AE제 0.01 ~ 0.03 중량%를 포함하여 구성하고, 추가혼화재료로는 라텍스 3.40 ~ 3.90 중량%, 속경성 혼화재 0.90 ~ 2.10 중량%, 조강급속재 5.20 ~ 6.00 중량%, 소포제 0.08 ~ 0.12 중량%, 지연제 0.05 ~ 0.07 중량%를 포함하여 구성함으로서, 조기강도발현이 요구되는 콘크리트포장 보수재에서 초조강 시멘트를 사용하지 않고, 실리카퓸 등의 포졸란 재료를 사용하여 단위시멘트 사용량을 감소시키고, 포졸란의 이점을 통해 기존의 라텍스 사용량을 대폭 줄이면서도 콘크리트 성능을 유지하여 지속적으로 상승하고 있는 도로보수비용을 절감시킬 수 있다.
