Ashtray device with feeding butt transferring function
The present invention relates to an ashtray device for transferring an inputted cigarette butt comprising: a casing in which a plurality of cigarette butt inputting units are formed; a transferring unit which is installed inside the casing and transfers a cigarette butt inputted through a cigarette butt inputting unit to a side direction; a cigarette butt compressing unit which passes and compresses the cigarette butt transferred by the transferring unit; a controlling unit which controls the transferring unit and the cigarette butt compressing unit; and a collecting box which receives and accommodates the cigarette butt compressed by the cigarette butt compressing unit. The ashtray device for transferring an inputted cigarette butt of the present invention is provided to include the transferring unit for transferring the inputted cigarette butt to the collecting box, thereby allowing the user to conveniently discard the cigarette butt anywhere in a smoking booth because the user does not need to go to the collecting box. The present invention reduces a load of an air conditioner by sucking surrounding smoke and discharging the same to the outside. The present invention reduces a degree of indoor pollution by preventing ash from the smoking booth. The present invention conveniently manages the collecting box for collecting the cigarette butt by opening and pulling a door of the collecting box from the outside of the smoking booth. The present invention determines whether or not the collecting box of the smoking booth is replaced from a distance by turning on a lamp when the collecting box needs to be emptied.
본 발명은 투입 꽁초 이송형 재떨이 장치에 관한 것이다. 이는, 다수의 꽁초투입구가 형성되어 있는 케이싱과; 상기 케이싱의 내부에 설치되며 상기 꽁초투입구를 통해 투입된 꽁초를 측방향으로 이송시키는 이송부와; 상기 이송부에 의해 운반된 꽁초를 통과시키며 눌러 압착하는 꽁초압축부와; 상기 이송부 및 꽁초압축부를 제어하는 제어부와; 상기 꽁초압축부에 의해 압축된 꽁초를 받아 수용하는 수거함을 포함한다. 상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 투입 꽁초 이송형 재떨이 장치는, 투입된 꽁초를 수거함으로 보내는 이송부를 구비하므로, 사용자가 수거함 까지 갈 필요가 없어, 흡연부스 내의 어디에서나 담배꽁초를 버리기에 편리하다. 또한, 주변의 연기를 빨아들여 외부로 배출하므로 공기조화기의 부하를 경감시키고 부스내에 담뱃재가 날리는 것을 막아 실내 오염도를 낮출 수 있다. 아울러, 꽁초가 모인 수거함을, 흡연부스의 외부에서 수거함도어를 열고 꺼낼 수 있어 관리가 한결 편하며, 특히 수거함을 비워야 할 경우 램프가 점등되므로 멀리서도 흡연부스의 수거함을 교체해야 할지 판단할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an ashtray device for transferring an inputted cigarette butt comprising: a casing in which a plurality of cigarette butt inputting units are formed; a transferring unit which is installed inside the casing and transfers a cigarette butt inputted through a cigarette butt inputting unit to a side direction; a cigarette butt compressing unit which passes and compresses the cigarette butt transferred by the transferring unit; a controlling unit which controls the transferring unit and the cigarette butt compressing unit; and a collecting box which receives and accommodates the cigarette butt compressed by the cigarette butt compressing unit. The ashtray device for transferring an inputted cigarette butt of the present invention is provided to include the transferring unit for transferring the inputted cigarette butt to the collecting box, thereby allowing the user to conveniently discard the cigarette butt anywhere in a smoking booth because the user does not need to go to the collecting box. The present invention reduces a load of an air conditioner by sucking surrounding smoke and discharging the same to the outside. The present invention reduces a degree of indoor pollution by preventing ash from the smoking booth. The present invention conveniently manages the collecting box for collecting the cigarette butt by opening and pulling a door of the collecting box from the outside of the smoking booth. The present invention determines whether or not the collecting box of the smoking booth is replaced from a distance by turning on a lamp when the collecting box needs to be emptied.
