Water-soluble core material and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a water-soluble core material and to a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of the water-soluble core material comprises the steps of: (a) manufacturing a water-soluble inorganic binder; (B) manufacturing a mixture by mixing the water-soluble inorganic binder with an inorganic metal oxide; (c) manufacturing a core material by injecting or pressure-molding the mixture; (d) manufacturing a sealant; and (e) coating the sealant on a surface of the core material.
본 발명은 수용성 코어재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, (a) 수용성 무기바인더를 제조하는 단계; (b) 무기계 금속산화물에 상기 수용성 무기바인더를 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; (c) 상기 혼합물을 주입 또는 가압 성형하여 코어재를 제조하는 단계; (d) 실란트를 제조하는 단계 및 (e) 상기 코어재 표면에 상기 실란트를 코팅하는 단계를 포함하는 수용성 코어재의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다. 이를 통해 제조된 수용성 코어재를 제공할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a water-soluble core material and to a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of the water-soluble core material comprises the steps of: (a) manufacturing a water-soluble inorganic binder; (B) manufacturing a mixture by mixing the water-soluble inorganic binder with an inorganic metal oxide; (c) manufacturing a core material by injecting or pressure-molding the mixture; (d) manufacturing a sealant; and (e) coating the sealant on a surface of the core material.
본 발명은 수용성 코어재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, (a) 수용성 무기바인더를 제조하는 단계; (b) 무기계 금속산화물에 상기 수용성 무기바인더를 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; (c) 상기 혼합물을 주입 또는 가압 성형하여 코어재를 제조하는 단계; (d) 실란트를 제조하는 단계 및 (e) 상기 코어재 표면에 상기 실란트를 코팅하는 단계를 포함하는 수용성 코어재의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다. 이를 통해 제조된 수용성 코어재를 제공할 수 있다.
