Underground water pipe assembly device with improved watertightness and assemblability
The present invention relates to an apparatus for connecting an underground water conduit, which is to connect a water pumping pipe provided at a lower side of a casing of an underground water hole to a water pipe provided at one side of the casing. The apparatus of the present invention comprises a gate body, a power transmission unit and a contact block. The gate body is provided with an inlet connected to the water pumping pipe at a lower side thereof, an outlet connected to the water pipe at one side thereof, and a connection flow path connecting the inlet and outlet. The power transmission unit includes a gearbox coupled to the other side of the gate body, a driving shaft coupled to the gearbox to be rotated in the same place, and a driven shaft coupled to the gearbox to be rotated in the same place in a direction crossing the driving shaft by interworking with rotation of the driving shaft. The contact block is screwed to an end of the driven shaft to be in contact with or spaced apart from the casing while being close to or far away the gate body in accordance with relative rotation. According to the present invention, watertight properties and workability can be improved.
본 발명은 지하수공의 케이싱 하측에 구비된 양수 파이프와, 케이싱의 일측에 구비된 송수관을 서로 연결하기 위한 지하수 관로 연결장치로서, 게이트바디, 동력전달부 및 밀착블록을 포함한다. 게이트바디는 하측에 양수 파이프와 연결되는 입구가 구비되고, 일측에는 송수관과 연결되는 출구가 마련되며, 입구와 출구를 연결하는 연결유로가 내부에 형성된다. 동력전달부는 게이트바디의 타측에 결합되는 기어박스와, 기어박스에 제자리 회전가능하게 결합되는 주동축과, 주동축의 회전과 연동되어 주동축과 교차되는 방향으로 기어박스에 제자리 회전가능하게 결합되는 종동축을 구비한다. 밀착블록은 종동축과의 상대적인 회전에 따라 게이트바디에 가까워지거나 멀어지면서, 케이싱에 밀착 또는 이격되도록 종동축의 단부에 나사결합된다.
