ARTICULATED ELECTRIC VEHICLE FOR ROAD SWEEPING
The present invention relates to a bendable electric cleaning vehicle and, more specifically, to a bendable electric cleaning vehicle which has a riding cabin and a collection trailer connected in a bendable manner and can switch directions by bendable steering to secure a sufficient collection capacity and easily switch directions on a small road or in a narrow place to efficiently clean the road surface. According to the present invention, the bendable electric cleaning vehicle comprises: a riding cabin having a riding space in which a passenger can ride and including front wheels; and a collection trailer including a collection tank to hold collected waste and rear wheels connected to the back of the riding cabin by a vertical bendable shaft to be relatively rotated to the left and right with respect to the riding cabin to follow the riding cabin. The bendable electric cleaning vehicle further comprises: a steering hydraulic cylinder wherein one end thereof is connected to the riding cabin at an eccentric position of the bendable shaft and the other end thereof is connected to the collection trailer to be extended and contracted; a hydraulic unit to create a hydraulic pressure supplied to the steering hydraulic cylinder and control the flow of fluid supplied to the steering hydraulic cylinder to extend and contract the steering hydraulic cylinder; and a steering means having a steering control part arranged in the riding space to allow a passenger to control the operation of the hydraulic unit to extend and contract the steering hydraulic cylinder.
본 발명은 굴절식 전기 청소차에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 탑승 캐빈과 수집 트레일러가 굴절식으로 연결되고 굴절식 조향으로 방향 전환이 가능하여 충분한 수거 용량을 확보하면서 좁은 장소나 작은 도로에서 용이하게 방향 전환이 가능하여 효율적으로 노면을 청소할 수 있는 굴절식 전기 청소차에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 굴절식 전기 청소차는, 탑승자가 탑승할 수 있는 탑승 공간을 갖고 전륜이 구비된 탑승 캐빈과, 수거된 쓰레기가 담기기 위한 수거 탱크가 구비되고 상기 탑승 캐빈에 대하여 상대적으로 좌우 회전이 가능하게 상기 탑승 캐빈의 후방에 연직의 굴절축으로 연결되어 상기 탑승 캐빈을 추종하게 후륜이 구비된 수거 트레일러가 포함되어 구성되되, 상기 굴절축의 편심된 위치에서 일단은 탑승 캐빈에 연결되고 타단은 상기 수거 트레일러에 연결되어 신축되는 조향 유압 실린더와, 상기 조향 유압 실린더에 공급되는 유압을 생성하고 상기 조향 유압 실린더가 신축되도록 상기 조향 유압 실린더로 공급되는 유체의 흐름을 제어하는 유압 유니트와, 상기 조향 유압 실린더가 신축되도록 탑승자가 상기 유압 유니트의 작동을 조작하도록 상기 탑승 공간에 구비된 조향 조작부가 구비된 조향 수단이 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 한다.
