Disclosed is a method of manufacturing ceramics using a glaze composition including Cheongsu grape tree ash. According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a method of manufacturing ceramics using a glaze composition including Cheongsu grape tree ash, wherein the method comprises the steps of: stirring Cheongsu grape tree ash to remove impurities; drying the Cheongsu grape tree ash from the previous step and mixing and stirring with water to form a re-glaze; applying the re-glaze to ceramics after biscuit firing; and firing the applied ceramics again at a predetermined temperature.
청수포도나무재를 포함하는 유약 조성물을 이용한 도자기 제조 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따르면, 청수포도나무재를 수비(水飛) 처리하고, 상기 수비 처리된 청수포도나무재를 건조하여 물과 혼합·교반하여 재유약을 형성하며, 초벌 도자기에 상기 재유약을 시유하고, 상기 시유한 도자기를 기결정된 온도로 재벌하는, 청수포도나무재를 포함하는 유약 조성물을 이용한 도자기 제조 방법이 제공된다.
