The present invention relates to a rebar connector, in which a locking groove and a locking protrusion inserted into the locking groove are formed in a rebar fixing piece divided into predetermined sizes, thereby preventing the rebar fixing piece from being separated from a rebar receiving body by external shock and vibration. The rebar connector of the present invention comprises: a connection pressing member having a threaded connection portion formed on an outer circumferential surface, and having a concave portion formed on a side surface to mount a spring; the rebar receiving body with a hollow cylinder shape, which has a connection coupling portion coupled to the connection portion of the connection pressing member, and includes a rebar insertion port; a spring member installed inside the rebar receiving body and having one end elastically installed on the concave portion; and a rebar fixing member having the pair of two or more fixing pieces, wherein the fixing piece is divided into a predetermined size, and includes the locking groove formed on one of both sides of a plate for fixing the rebar by catching the rebar when the rebar is inserted, and the locking protrusion formed on the other side to be inserted into an adjacent locking groove.
본 발명은 철근 연결구에 관한 것으로 일정한 크기로 나누어진 철근고정편에 걸림홈과 상기 걸림홈에 삽착되는 걸림돌기를 형성하여 철근고정편이 외부 충격과 진동에 의해 철근고정편이 철근수용몸체에서 분리 및 이탈되는 것을 방지하도록 한 철근 연결구에 관한 것인 바, 본 발명은 철근 연결구에 있어서; 외주면에 나사산으로 이루어진 연결부를 형성하고 측면에 스프링을 탄설하는 요홈부를 구비한 연결가압부재와; 상기 연결가압부재의 연결부에 나합되는 연결결합부를 내측에 구비하며 철근삽입구가 포함된 중공 통체 형태의 철근수용몸체와; 상기 철근수용몸체 내측에 입설되어 요홈부에 일 끝단이 탄설되는 스프링부재와; 상기 철근고정부재는 일정한 크기로 나누어져 철근이 삽입되면 철근을 물어 고정시키는 플레이트의 양측면 중 어느 일측면에는 걸림홈이 형성되고 타측면에는 인접하는 걸림홈에 삽착되는 걸림돌기를 형성하여 이루어진 고정편이 2개 이상 1조를 형성된 철근고정부재를 포함하여 이루어진 것에 그 특징이 있다.
The present invention relates to a rebar connector, in which a locking groove and a locking protrusion inserted into the locking groove are formed in a rebar fixing piece divided into predetermined sizes, thereby preventing the rebar fixing piece from being separated from a rebar receiving body by external shock and vibration.
