Lightweight honeycomb panel
The present invention relates to a lightweight honeycomb panel, which is configured by surrounding a side surface of a panel main body formed by integrally coupling a stacking member in a sheet shape to upper and lower portions of a honeycomb core of which upper and lower portions are opened with a border frame, thereby lightening a mold to reduce work burdens of workers when being used as the mold and not requiring a separate release agent for separating a concrete structure and the mold. The lightweight honeycomb panel of the present invention comprises: a panel main body in which the stacking member is integrally coupled to the upper and lower portions of the honeycomb core of which the upper and lower portions are opened; and a border frame coupled to the side surface of the panel main body to surround the side surface of the panel main body.
본 발명은 상하부가 개방된 허니컴 코어의 상하부에 시트 형상의 적층 부재를 일체로 결합하여 형성되는 패널 본체의 측면을 테두리 프레임으로 감싸 허니컴 패널을 구성함으로써, 거푸집으로 이용시 거푸집을 경량화하여 작업자의 작업 부담을 경감할 수 있고 콘크리트 구조물과 거푸집의 분리를 위한 별도의 박리제가 불필요한 경량 허니컴 패널에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 경량 허니컴 패널은 상하부가 개방된 허니컴 코어의 상부와 하부에 적층 부재가 일체로 결합된 패널 본체; 및 상기 패널 본체의 측면을 감싸도록 결합되는 테두리 프레임; 으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
