PRESTRESSED CONCRETE GIRDER AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
A prestressed concrete girder of the present invention comprises: an upper tension member (210) which is buried in an upper region of a girder (100) and is installed in a longitudinal direction of the girder (100); a fixation steel beam (110) embedded in the girder (100) to fix the upper tension member (210); a lower tension member (220) installed in a lower region of the girder (100); and a hollow member (130) embedded in the girder (100). The fixation steel beam (110) includes: an upper flange (111) having an upper surface exposed to an upper surface of the girder (100); a web (112) formed at a lower side of the upper flange (111); a lower flange (113) coupled to a lower surface of the web (112); and fixation plates (114) coupled to front and rear ends of the upper flange (111), the web (112), and the lower flange (113), respectively. Both ends of the upper tension member (210) are respectively fixed to the fixation plates (114) formed in front and rear of the fixation steel beam (110) wherein, as shown in FIG. 1, in the fixation steel beam (110), the upper tension member (210) is fixed and the lower tension member (220) is installed. The upper tension member (210) is installed on the fixation steel beam (110) having a structure as shown in FIG. 2. According to the present invention, in the upper part of a girder, embedded is an upper tension member which can introduce compressive force to a lower region of the girder after coupling of a bottom plate and the girder.
본 발명의 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 거더는 거더(100)의 상측 영역에 매립되되, 거더(100)의 길이방향을 따라 설치되는 상측 인장부재(210); 상측 인장부재(210)를 정착시키기 위해, 거더(100)에 매립되는 정착강형(110); 거더(100)의 하측 영역에 설치되는 하측 인장부재(220); 거더(100)의 내측에 매립되는 중공부재(130);를 포함하되, 정착강형(110)은 거더(100)의 상면에 상면이 노출되는 상부플랜지(111); 상부플랜지(111)의 하측으로 형성된 복부(112); 복부(112)의 하면에 결합된 하부플랜지(113); 상부플랜지(111), 복부(112), 하부플랜지(113)의 전후방 단부에 각각 결합되는 정착판(114);을 포함하고, 상측 인장부재(210)의 양 단부는 정착강형(110)의 전방과 후방에 형성된 정착판(114)에 각각 정착된다. 이 경우, 도 1과 같이 정착강형(110)에 상측 인장부재(210)가 정착되고, 하측 인장부재(220)가 설치된다. 상측 인장부재(210)는 도 2와 같은 구조를 갖는 정착강형(110)에 설치된다.

The upper tension member (210) is installed on the fixation steel beam (110) having a structure as shown in FIG. 2.
