PRESTRESSED CONCRETE GIRDER AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
An objective of the present invention is to introduce upward force without installing separate external steel strands or steel bars. According to the present invention, a prestressed concrete girder comprises: a main body unit (110) made of concrete (C); a water container (120) which is formed in an inner area of the main body unit (110), is filled with water, and discharges water; and a tension member (200) installed on the lower end of the water container (120). An inlet/outlet pipe (121) to charge and discharge water (W) is formed on an upper area of a side of the water container (120) by penetrating a side of the main body unit (110). The inlet/outlet pipe (121) is laterally formed on the water container (120) as in Figure 2. Water (W) is filled through the inlet/outlet pipe (121), and water (W) can also be discharged through the inlet/outlet pipe (121). A discharge pipe (122) capable of discharging water (W) is preferably formed on a middle area of the lower surface of the water container (120). Water (W) filled in the water container (120) is discharged through the discharge pipe (122) of the water container (120) as in Figure 2.
본 발명의 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 거더는 콘크리트(C)로 형성된 본체부(110); 본체부(110)의 내측 영역에 형성되되, 물(W)을 충전하고 배출하는 물통(120); 물통(120)의 하단에 설치되는 긴장부재(200);를 포함하되, 물통(120)의 측방 상측영역에는 본체부(110)의 측방으로 관통되어 물(W)을 충전하고 배출하는 입출관(121)이 형성된다. 이 경우, 물통(120)에는 도 2와 같이 측방으로 입출관(121)이 형성된다. 입출관(121)으로 물(W)이 충전되는데, 입출관(121)을 통해 물(W)을 배수할 수도 있다. 물통(120)의 하면 중앙부 영역에는 물(W)을 배수할 수 있는 배출관(122)이 형성된 것이 바람직하다. 도 2와 같이 물통(120)의 배출관(122)으로는 물통(120) 내부에 충전된 물(W)을 배수한다.
