Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a roof filler for the installation of an eco-friendly solar cell panel. According to the present invention, the roof filler manufacturing method, which is used to manufacture an insulation filling board among a color steel sheet, the insulation filling board and a nonwoven fabric which are sequentially installed on a roof panel of a building to install a solar cell panel on the roof panel, includes the following steps of: (a) separating tempered glass from a spent solar cell panel; (b) forming low-iron tempered glass powder by grinding the separated tempered glass; (c) mixing the ground tempered glass powder with a foaming agent; (d) heating the mixture at a predetermined temperature, and then, forming the same into a predetermined shape; and (e) manufacturing foamed glass by thermally treating the formed product of the step (d). According to the present invention, as an insulation filling board, which is generally used as a filler for the installation of a solar cell panel roof, is replaced by foamed glass manufactured by using a spent solar cell panel which can be discarded, a resource recycling degree of a spent solar cell panel, which can possibly lead to a serious problem later on, can be considerably increased.
친환경 태양전지패널 설치용 루프 충진재 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 친환경 태양전지패널 설치용 루프 충진재 제조방법은, 건물의 지붕 판넬 상에 태양전지패널을 설치하기 위해 상기 지붕 판넬 상에 순차적으로 설치되는 칼라강판, 단열 충진보드, 부직포 중에서 상기 단열 충진보드를 제조하는 루프 충진재 제조방법으로서, (a) 폐 태양전지패널에서 강화유리를 분리하는 단계; (b) 상기 분리된 강화유리를 분쇄하여 저 철분 강화유리 분말을 형성하는 단계; (c) 상기 분쇄된 강화유리 분말과 발포제를 혼합하는 단계; (d) 상기 혼합된 혼합물을 일정 온도로 가열한 후 일정한 형상으로 성형하는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 (d)단계의 성형물을 열처리하여 발포유리를 제작하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 일반적으로 태양전지패널 루프 설치용 충진재로 사용되고 있는 단열 충진보드를 폐기처분 대상인 폐 태양전지패널을 이용하여 발포유리를 제조하여 대체함으로써 추후 심각한 문제로 대두될 가능성이 농후한 폐 태양전지패널 자원 재활용도를 상당히 상승시킬 수 있다.
