A METHOD MANUFACTURING AN ECOFRIENDLY BLOCK USING FERRONICKEL SLAG AND THE ECOFRIENDLY BLOCK PREPARED THEREFROM
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an eco-friendly block with improved compression strength, using ferronickel slag and the ferronickel slag-included eco-friendly block with improved compression strength. According to the present invention, ferronickel slag is mixed with cement in a weight ratio of 1:1 to 1:3, and the cement obtained by mixing with the ferronickel slag is mixed with 30-35 wt% of water so as to manufacture an eco-friendly block with improved compression strength. In addition, in terms of the environment-friendly aspect, wastes can be used as resources through effective recycling of ferronickel slag, and thus, it is possible to promote green industry. In terms of the economic aspect, it is possible to contribute to the national economy by manufacturing, supplying, and selling waste as recycled construction materials. By effectively treating waste, complaints about waste from residents living nearby the waste can be reduced, and thus, it is possible to create a comfortable city environment by promoting more advanced projects. Also it is possible to join the green industry by effectively using the land and recycling waste.
본 발명은 페로니켈슬래그를 이용한 압축강도가 향상된 친환경 블록의 제조방법 및 이에 따라 제조된 페로니켈슬래그를 포함하는 압축강도가 향상된 친환경 블록에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따라 페로니켈슬래그와 시멘트를 1:1 내지 1:3의 중량비로 혼합하고, 상기 시멘트에 대한 물의 중량비(W/C%)를 30 내지 35 중량%로 배합함으로써 압축강도가 향상된 친환경적인 블록을 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 페로니켈슬래그의 효율적인 재활용처리로 폐기물을 자원화하여 녹색산업을 지향할 수 있으며, 환경친화적 측면과 폐기물을 재활용 건축자재로 생산 및 판매 공급하여 국가경제에 이바지하고, 폐기물을 효율적으로 처리하여 주변 주민의 민원 등을 감소시켜 보다 발전적인 사업을 추진하여 쾌적한 도시환경 조성 및 국토의 효율적 이용 및 폐기물을 자원화하여 녹색산업에 동참할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
