ALUMINIUM DOOR FRAME
The present invention relates to an aluminum door piece frame for insulation and wind resistance and a door frame thereof, which significantly improved insulation and wind resistance properties to block movement of wind and heat between the inside and the outside. To this end, the present invention may comprise: a door piece frame including a first door piece supporter, a second door piece supporter and a third door piece supporter of an aluminum material, and a heat movement blocking member of a resin material which is inserted between the first door piece supporter and the second door piece supporter, and between the second door piece supporter and the third door piece supporter; and a door frame including a first door supporter, a second door supporter and a third door supporter of an aluminum material, and a door connecting member of a resin material which is inserted between the first door supporter and the second door supporter, and between the second door supporter and the third door supporter. Therefore, provided is a frame for a door and a door piece of an aluminum material which is solid and can be fabricated in a mass-production basis by means of extrusion. In addition, heat on the inside and the outside can be effectively prevented from being moved by means of the metal material of aluminum, thereby providing excellent insulation and wind prevention effects.
본 발명은 실내와 외부 사이의 바람과 열의 이동을 차단하는 단열성 및 방풍성을 획기적으로 개선한 단열 및 방풍용 알루미늄 문틀 및 도어용 프레임에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 알루미늄 재질의 제1문틀지지대와 제2문틀지지대와 제3문틀지지대, 및 상기 제1문틀지지대와 제2문틀지지대, 상기 제2문틀지지대와 제3문틀지지대 사이에 끼워지는 수지재의 열이동차단부재를 포함하는 문틀프레임; 및 알루미늄 재질의 제1도어지지대와 제2도어지지대와 제3도어지지지대, 및 상기 제1도어지지대와 제2도어지지대, 상기 제2도어지지대와 제3도어지지대 사이에 끼워지는 수지재의 도어연결부재를 포함하는 도어프레임;을 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명은 견고하면서도 압출에 의해 대량생산이 가능한 알루미늄 재질의 도어 및 문틀용 프레임을 제공하는 것은 물론, 금속재의 알루미늄를 통해 내외부의 열기가 이동하는 것이 효과적으로 차단되어 단열 및 방풍 효과가가 우수한 장점이 있다.
