CERAMIC FILTER MANUFACTURING METHODS OF USING ROTARY BRUSH COATER METHOD BY MIXED CERAMIC POWDER
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a ceramic filter produced by winding a mixed ceramic powder. Specifically, the present invention relates to a ceramic filter and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein an organic binder in the liquid slurry state is first coated or supported on the carrier, one or more ceramic powders are selected from each group consisting of silicon carbide, alumina, silymanite, kaolin, silica, titania, clay and diatomaceous earth, one or more are selected from each group consisting of pore-forming agents and inorganic binders, mixed in a powder state, and manufactured, the mixed ceramic powder is secondarily coated or supported on a carrier carrying an organic binder in a slurry state to form a molded product, and the molded product is dried and sintered to form the ceramic filter. According to the ceramic filter using mixed ceramic powder and the method for manufacturing the same of the present invention, the manufacturing cost is lowered, the manufacturing method is easy, and at the same time, the shape change and production of large filters are easy, abrasion resistance and durability are excellent, and porosity control range is relatively excellent.
본 발명은 혼합 세라믹 분말을 와인드 성형에 의해 생산되는 세라믹 필터 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 액상 슬러리 상태의 유기바인더를 담지체에 먼저 코팅 내지 담지하고 그 위에 탄화규소, 알루미나, 실리마나이트, 카올린, 실리카, 티타니아, 점토 및 규조토로 이루어지는 각 군으로부터 1 종 내지 이상 선택되는 세라믹 분말과 조공제, 무기바인더로 이루어지는 각 군으로부터 1 종 내지 이상 선택하여 이를 분말상태로 혼합하고 제조하여 이 혼합 세라믹 분말을 슬러리 상태의 유기바인더를 담지한 담지체에 2차 도포 내지 담지시켜 이를 성형한 이후, 상기 성형된 성형물을 건조하여 소결하는 것을 특징으로 제조되는 세라믹 필터 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 혼합 세라믹 분말을 이용한 세라믹 필터 및 그 제조방법은 제조비용이 저렴하고, 제조방법이 용이할 뿐만 아니라, 동시에 형상변경 및 대형필터의 생산이 용이하고, 내마모성, 내구성이 뛰어나고, 기공도 조절범위가 상대적으로 우수한 효과가 있다.
