CERAMIC FILTER MANUFACTURING METHODS OF USING DOCTOR BLADE COATER METHOD BY MIXED CERAMIC SLURRY
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a ceramic filter by applying a doctor blade to mixed ceramic slurry. Specifically, the present invention relates to a ceramic filter which can be used with chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and durability at low and high temperatures of the application process, and a method of manufacturing the same, wherein ceramic powder is selected from the group consisting of silicon carbide, alumina, silymanite, kaolin, silica, titania, clay, diatomaceous earth, slag, and waste foundry sand, slurry is prepared by selectively mixing one or more from the group consisting of pore-forming agents, organic binders, and inorganic binders, the slurry is supported or coated on a carrier by a doctor blade coater manufacturing method to form a molded product, and the ceramic filter is manufactured through processes such as dimensional cutting, surface coating, catalyst coating processing, and assembly by drying and sintering the molded product. According to the method of manufacturing a ceramic filter by applying the doctor blade to a mixed ceramic slurry of the present invention, the manufacturing cost is lowered, the manufacturing method is easy, and at the same time, the shape change and production of large filters are easy, processing is easy, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and durability are excellent, and porosity control range is relatively excellent.
본 발명은 혼합 세라믹 슬러리를 닥터 브레이드 도포에 의한 세라믹 필터 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 탄화규소, 알루미나, 실리마나이트, 카올린, 실리카, 티타니아, 점토, 규조토, 슬래그, 폐주물사로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 내지 이상 선택되는 세라믹 분말과 조공제, 유기바인더, 무기바인더로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 내지 이상 선택 혼합하여 제조한 슬러리를 닥터 브레이드 제조방법(Doctor Blade Coater Manufacturing Method)에 의해 담지체에 담지 내지 도포시켜 이를 성형한 이후, 상기 성형된 성형물을 건조하여 이를 소결하여 치수절단 및 표면코팅, 촉매코팅 가공, 조립하는 등의 공정을 통해 만드는 것을 특징으로 제조하여 적용 공정의 저온과 고온에서 내화학성, 내마모성, 내구성을 가지고 사용가능한 세라믹 필터 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 혼합 세라믹 슬러리를 닥터 브레이드 도포에 의한 세라믹 필터 제조방법은 제조비용이 저렴하고, 제조방법이 용이할 뿐만 아니라, 동시에 형상변경 및 대형필터의 생산이 용이하고, 가공이 용이하며, 내마모성, 내화학성, 내구성이 뛰어나고, 기공도 조절범위가 상대적으로 우수한 효과가 있다.
