SAFETY DEVICES FOR PREVENTING FALL OF GANG FORM
The present invention relates to a safety device for preventing a fall of a gang form, which configures a dismantling and fixing stage of a safety ring for preventing a fall of a gang form in three stages to enable a worker to easily recognize a fixing and dismantling state so as to secure the safety of the worker. According to the present invention, in a process of disassembling a fastening bolt fastened with a form-tie bolt to lift a gang form, the fastening bolt located in a lower portion is covered not to be dismantled before a lifting ring and a hook of a crane are connected, such that a fall accident which may occur during work can be prevented, and a fastening bolt cover is lowered when the lifting ring is elevated by the hook of the crane, and is lowered to secure a sufficient space, thereby securing a working space to enable a worker to easily dismantle the fastening bolt during dismantling work.
본 발명은 갱폼의 추락방지가 가능한 안전기구에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게 설명하면 갱폼의 추락을 방지하는 안전고리의 해체 및 고정단계를 3단계로 구성하여 작업자가 고정 및 해체 상태를 용이하게 파악할 수 있도록 구성되어 작업자의 안전을 확보하도록 하기 위하여 개발된 갱폼의 추락방지가 가능한 안전기구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 갱폼의 인양을 위하여 폼타이볼트와 체결된 체결볼트를 해체하는 과정에서 하부에 위치한 체결볼트는 인양고리와 크레인의 훅을 연결하기 전에는 체결볼트를 덮어 해체될 수 없도록 하여 작업시 발생할 수 있는 추락사고를 예방할 수 있으며, 인양고리가 크레인의 훅에 의해 상승하게 되면, 체결볼트 덮개가 하강되도록 구성되되, 충분한 공간이 확보되도록 하강하여 작업자가 해체 작업시 체결볼트의 해체가 용이하도록 작업공간이 확보되는 장점이 있다.
