System louver of ventilation window
The present invention relates to a system louver for a ventilation window, which is installed in a building to discharge air or gas generated when operating cooling and heating devices to the outside. The system louver for a ventilation window of the present invention comprises: a fixed frame installed in a vent of a building in which an outdoor unit of cooling and heating device are installed; and a louver body installed in the fixed frame. The fixed frame has an angle interposed at four edge portions of horizontal and vertical frame bodies having a coupling groove therein to be integrally maintained to each other. The louver body includes: a lever mounted on one side of a housing; a rotating piece operated in forward and reverse directions by manipulation of the lever; a pair of vertical bars vertically operated by interworking with the rotating piece; an interlocking piece arranged at the vertical bars at an interval to be rotated at the same time; and a slat assembled in a through hole formed in a central part of the interlocking piece to be opened and closed. Accordingly, the louver body including the fixed frame can be simply installed in a place required for ventilation, such as an outdoor unit installed in a building, and thus, can be constructed even by a person other than a skilled worker. A device for operating the slat is structurally simple and accordingly, manufacturing thereof is simple, an opening/closing operation of the slat is smoothly performed and also, a malfunction is not caused such that supply to a consumer at low costs is allowed.
본 발명은, 건물 내에 배설되어 냉,난방기기의 가동시에 생성되는 공기나 가스를 외부로 배출시키기 위한 환기창용 시스템 루버에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 냉,난방기의 실외기가 부설된 건물 환기구에 배설되는 고정 프레임 및 이 고정 프레임 내에 설치되는 루버 본체로 이루어지며, 상기 고정 프레임은 내측에 결합홈을 갖는 수평틀체 및 수직틀체의 네모서리 부분에 앵글을 개재하여 상호 일체형으로 유지되도록 구성되고, 상기 루버 본체는 하우징의 일측에 장착된 레버와, 이 레버의 조작에 의해 정,역방향으로 작동하는 회동편과, 이 회동편에 연계하여 상,하방향으로 작동하는 한쌍의 수직바와, 이 수직바에 간격을 두고 배치되어 동시에 회동하는 연동편과, 이 연동편의 중앙부에 형성된 통공 내에 조립되어 개폐되는 슬랫을 포함하여 구성된다. 이에 따라, 건물에 설치되는 실외기와 같이 환기가 필요한 장소에 고정 프레임을 포함한 루버 본체를 간편하게 설치할 수 있어 숙련공이 아니더라도 시공이 가능하다는 잇점을 가지며, 슬랫을 작동시키기 위한 기구가 구조적으로 간단하여 제작이 간편하고 슬랫의 개폐동작이 부드럽게 이루어지게 됨은 물론 오작동을 일으킬 염려가 없기 때문에싼 값으로 수요자에게 공급할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a system louver for a ventilation window, which is installed in a building to discharge air or gas generated when operating cooling and heating devices to the outside. The system louver for a ventilation window of the present invention comprises: a fixed frame installed in a vent of a building in which an outdoor unit of cooling and heating device are installed; and a louver body installed in the fixed frame. The fixed frame has an angle interposed at four edge portions of horizontal and vertical frame bodies having a coupling groove therein to be integrally maintained to each other. The louver body includes: a lever mounted on one side of a housing; a rotating piece operated in forward and reverse directions by manipulation of the lever; a pair of vertical bars vertically operated by interworking with the rotating piece; an interlocking piece arranged at the vertical bars at an interval to be rotated at the same time; and a slat assembled in a through hole formed in a central part of the interlocking piece to be opened and closed. Accordingly, the louver body including the fixed frame can be simply installed in a place required for ventilation, such as an outdoor unit installed in a building, and thus, can be constructed even by a person other than a skilled worker. A device for operating the slat is structurally simple and accordingly, manufacturing thereof is simple, an opening/closing operation of the slat is smoothly performed and also, a malfunction is not caused such that supply to a consumer at low costs is allowed.
본 발명은, 건물 내에 배설되어 냉,난방기기의 가동시에 생성되는 공기나 가스를 외부로 배출시키기 위한 환기창용 시스템 루버에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 냉,난방기의 실외기가 부설된 건물 환기구에 배설되는 고정 프레임 및 이 고정 프레임 내에 설치되는 루버 본체로 이루어지며, 상기 고정 프레임은 내측에 결합홈을 갖는 수평틀체 및 수직틀체의 네모서리 부분에 앵글을 개재하여 상호 일체형으로 유지되도록 구성되고, 상기 루버 본체는 하우징의 일측에 장착된 레버와, 이 레버의 조작에 의해 정,역방향으로 작동하는 회동편과, 이 회동편에 연계하여 상,하방향으로 작동하는 한쌍의 수직바와, 이 수직바에 간격을 두고 배치되어 동시에 회동하는 연동편과, 이 연동편의 중앙부에 형성된 통공 내에 조립되어 개폐되는 슬랫을 포함하여 구성된다. 이에 따라, 건물에 설치되는 실외기와 같이 환기가 필요한 장소에 고정 프레임을 포함한 루버 본체를 간편하게 설치할 수 있어 숙련공이 아니더라도 시공이 가능하다는 잇점을 가지며, 슬랫을 작동시키기 위한 기구가 구조적으로 간단하여 제작이 간편하고 슬랫의 개폐동작이 부드럽게 이루어지게 됨은 물론 오작동을 일으킬 염려가 없기 때문에싼 값으로 수요자에게 공급할 수 있다.
