FINGER PROTECTION DEVICE FOR WINDOWS AND DOORS
An apparatus for preventing hands from being jammed for windows and doors of the present invention is configured to block a gap between a window and door leaf and a window and door frame while a cover is slid adjacent to the window and door frame together when the window and door leaf is opened, thereby having a simple structure, being easily installed, and thinly manufacturing a thickness to be safely used while preventing the hands from being jammed in any side of an indoor or outdoor side. More specifically, the apparatus for preventing hands from being jammed for windows and doors can differently manufacture lengths of slots formed on the cover to perform a guide when the window and door leaf is opened, thereby limiting a movable distance in a width direction of the cover inserted into a guide stopper to limit the maximum opening angle of the window and door leaf, consequentially. Also, the apparatus for preventing hands from being jammed for windows and doors is configured to come in contact with a floor while the cover is lowered to the bottom when the window and door leaf is completely opened, thereby being locked to prevent the windows and doors from being closed even by winds or the like so that the apparatus can be safely used when the window and door leaf is opened.
본 발명은 창호 짝을 열면 덮개가 함께 창호 틀에 인접하여 슬라이딩하면서 창호 짝과 창호 틀 사이의 틈새를 막을 수 있게 구성하므로, 구조가 간단하면서도 쉽게 설치할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 두께를 얇게 제작할 수 있어 실내나 실외 어느 쪽에서도 손 끼임을 방지하면서도 안전하게 사용할 수 있다. 특히, 창호 짝을 열 때 덮개에 가이드 안내를 할 수 있게 형성한 슬롯 길이를 다르게 제작할 수 있으므로, 가이드 스토퍼에 끼운 덮개의 폭 방향으로 움직이는 거리를 제한하여 결과적으로 창호 짝의 최대 개방 각도를 제한할 수 있다. 또한, 창호 짝을 완전히 열면 덮개가 아래로 내려가면서 바닥에 닿게 구성하므로, 창호 짝을 열었을 때 잠금 작용을 하게 하여 바람 등에도 창호가 닫히는 것을 방지하여 안전하게 사용할 수 있다.
