The present invention relates to a method of repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure using ceramic paint, which improves airtightness and watertightness. The method of repairing and reinforcing a concrete structure using ceramic paint comprises: a step of preprocessing to a state to be repaired; a step of recovering an end surface repair unit of a concrete structure to alkali by infiltrating an alkali recovery agent; a step of changing an iron dioxide film tightly attached to the surface of a reinforcing bar to a film of blackbody iron oxide by coating a rust change agent; a step of coating aqueous-dispersion ceramic paint over a film layer of blackbody iron oxide of the reinforcing bar surface; a step of plastering or spraying cement polymer mortar on a concrete end surface repair surface treated with the alkali recovery agent; a step of painting a cement polymer mortar layer with an aqueous-dispersion ceramic paint composition; and a step of infiltrating a nano-ceramic coating agent obtained by hydrolyzing ethyl methoxysilane by a sol-gel method over a ceramic paint composition layer to perform a finishing treatment.
본 발명은 세라믹 도료를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물을 보수보강하는 방법에 관한 것으로 보수할 수 있는 상태로 전 처리하는 단계, 콘크리트 구조물의 단면 보수부를 알카리 회복제를 침투시켜 알카리성으로 회복시키는 단계, 철근 표면에 밀착된 이산화철 피막을 녹전환제를 도포하여 흑체 산화철의 피막으로 전환시키는 단계, 철근 표면의 흑체 산화철의 피막층위에 수분산성 세라믹 도료를 도포하는 단계, 상기 알카리 회복제로 처리한 콘크리트 단면 보수면에 시멘트폴리머 몰탈로 미장 또는 스프레이 하는 단계,시멘트폴리머 몰탈층위에 수분산성 세라믹 도료 조성물로 도장하는 단계, 및 세라믹 도료 조성물 층위에 에틸메톡시실란을 졸·겔(sol·gel)법으로 가수분해한 나노세라믹 코팅제를 침투시켜 마감 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 세라믹 도료를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 보수보강하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
