According to the present invention, an apparatus for adjusting a vertical height of windows and doors allows a housing in which a lifting part is installed between a left lifting wall and a right lifting wall to be installed on a lower side surface of a horizontal member of a bracket structure fixed to a wall part, and allows a lifting column to be inserted into a lifting hole of the horizontal member between the left and right lifting walls. Moreover, the apparatus for adjusting a vertical height of windows and doors allows each of left and right rollers to be positioned in left and right gliding holes while allowing a middle body to be inserted into a penetrating hole of the lifting column, allows screw members to be inserted into a left-hand screw bolt and a right-hand screw bolt in order, and allows a vertical height assembly to be assembled on the bracket structure.
본 발명은 벽부에 고정된 브래킷 구조체의 수평부재의 하측면에 좌측 승강벽과 우측 승강벽들 사이에 승강부를 설치한 하우징이 설치되고 좌우측 승강벽들 사이로 수평부재의 승강구멍 내로 승강기둥을 삽입한다. 승강기둥의 관통공에는 중간동체가 삽입되게 하고 동시에 좌우 롤러 각각을 좌우측 활주구멍에 위치시키고 나사부재를 왼손나사 볼트와 오른나사 볼트로 차례로 삽입하고 브래킷 구조체에 수직 높이 조립체를 조립한 창호의 수직 높이 조절장치이다.
