Provided is a non-disassembly mold assembly for constructing a girder. The mold assembly for constructing, below a slap, a girder for distributing the load of the slab comprises: a pair of left and right side plates each having an upper vertical plate with an upper bent plate parallel to the ceiling surface of the slab and formed at an upper end thereof to be bent, and having one or more folded parts for reinforcement placing formed on inner sides of the upper vertical plates facing each other to protrude therefrom, and formed by folding plates so that the plates overlap each other; a lower finishing plate which has a pair of left and right lower vertical plates integrally connected to respective lower ends of the pair of left and right side plates by plate connection parts, and is provided as a lower horizontal plate for connecting lower ends of the pair of left and right lower vertical plates; and a plurality of reinforcing bars supported by and fixed to the folded parts for reinforcement placing to be embedded in the concrete to be poured and filled in the space formed between the pair of side plates and the lower finishing plate. Therefore, the non-disassembly mold assembly can increase work productivity.
보시공용 무해체 거푸집 조립체를 제공한다. 본 발명은 슬래브의 하부에 슬래브의 하중을 분산하는 보를 시공하기 위한 거푸집 조립체에 있어서, 상기 슬래브의 천정면과 나란한 상부절곡판을 상부단에 절곡형성한 상부수직판을 갖추고, 서로 마주하는 상부수직판의 내측에 판재가 서로 포개지도록 접이가공된 적어도 하나의 배근용 접이부를 돌출형성하는 좌우한쌍의 측판 ; 상기 좌우한쌍의 측판의 각 하부단과 판연결부를 매개로 일체로 연결되는 좌우한쌍의 하부수직판을 갖추고, 상기 좌우한쌍의 하부수직판의 하부단사이를 연결하는 하부수평판으로 구비되는 하부마감판 및 상기 한쌍의 측판과 하부마감판사이에 형성되는 공간에 타설되어 채워지는 콘크리트에 매입되도록 상기 배근용 접이부에 지지고정되는 복수개의 보강용 철근을 포함한다.
