Provided is a non-dismantled cast assembly for beam construction. The cast assembly for constructing a beam for distributing load of a slave at a lower portion of the slave comprises: a cast unit for forming and bending a lower support plate to be parallel to a ceiling surface of a slave at a lower end thereof, having a pair of left and right side plates in which at least one folding unit folded and processed to overlap plates to each other is formed to protrude from an inner vertical surface, and having ends of a pair of the lower support plates extending from the side plates facing each other to be bonded and fixed to face each other so as to form a seating unit protruding to a predetermined height; and a rebar reinforcing unit having a plurality of main rebars parallel to each other in a longitudinal direction of the side plates, having a plurality of strub rebars supported by being in contact with the folding unit after being placed on the seating unit while fixing positions of the main rebars, and inserted into a pouring space formed between the side plates to be buried in concrete filled in the pouring space. According to the present invention, the horizontality is stably maintained to minimize the number of use of support posts.
보시공용 무해체 거푸집 조립체를 제공한다. 본 발명은 슬래브의 하부에 슬래브의 하중을 분산하는 보를 시공하기 위한 거푸집 조립체에 있어서, 상기 슬래브의 천정면과 나란하도록 하부 지지판을 하부단에 절곡형성하며, 판재가 서로 포개지도록 접이가공된 적어도 하나의 접이부를 내측 수직면에 돌출형성하는 좌우한쌍의 측판을 갖추어 서로 마주하는 좌우한쌍의 측판으로부터 연장된 한쌍의 하부 지지판 단부가 서로 마주하여 접합고정하면서 일정높이 돌출되는 안착부를 형성하는 거푸집부 ; 상기 측판의 길이방향으로 나란한 복수개의 주철근을 갖추고, 상기 복수개의 주철근을 위치고정하면서 상기 안착부에 올려져 상기 접이부와 접하여 지지되는 복수개의 스트럽 철근을 갖추어 상기 좌우한쌍의 측판사이에 형성되는 타설공간에 삽입배치되어 상기 타설공간에 채워지는 콘크리트에 매입되는 철근 보강부를 포함한다.
