The present invention relates to an adhesive mortar composition for outer wall insulation, comprising: 10 to 20 wt% of a polymer acrylic emulsion resin A; 1 to 10 wt% of a polymer emulsion resin B; 0.1 to 2 wt% of a high strength heat-resistant fiber; 40 to 60 wt% of silica sand; 0.05 to 0.1 wt% of an antifoaming agent; 0.1 to 1 wt% of methylcellulose; 0.1 to 1 wt% of a dispersant and a preservative; and 20 to 30 wt% of water. More specifically, the present invention relates to an adhesive mortar composition for outer wall insulation, which is excellent in crack resistance, impact resistance, and heat resistance.
