The present invention relates to a foldable pole system, which allows a connecting part connecting a rotation cover part and a fixed body part fixed to an installation surface by an actuator using various power such as a hydraulic type, a pneumatic type and an electric type by an electric motor to mechanically and linearly reciprocate to rotate the rotation cover part around a rotating shaft coupling the rotation cover part and the fixed body part at 90 degrees or more so that a pole in an uprightly fixed state is laid in a horizontal direction to be formed in a folding state when a repair operation or a replacement operation of attachments installed on the pole uprightly fixed to an upper surface portion of the rotation cover part is required. According to the present invention, the foldable pole system does not require the use of a high place work vehicle for a high place work of a worker to reduce a use expense and a personnel expense of the high place work vehicle, remove danger of accidents (for example, falling accidents) of the worker during the use of the high place work vehicle, and remove both inconvenience of pedestrians and vehicle drivers caused by road control for the use of the high place work vehicle when the repair operation or the replacement operation of the attachments, such as various light devices, CCTV cameras, broadcasting speakers, solar panels, wireless antennas, placards, and standing signboards, is required, wherein the attachments are installed on the pole uprightly fixed to the upper surface portion of the rotation cover part.
본 발명은 접이식 폴 시스템에 관한 것으로, 회전덮개부의 상면부에 직립 고정되어 있는 폴에 설치된 부착물의 수리작업 혹은 교체작업 등이 필요한 경우 유압식, 공압식, 전기모터에 의한 전동식 등의 다양한 동력을 이용하는 액츄에이터로 회전덮개부와 설치면에 고정되어 있는 고정몸체부를 연결하는 연결부를 기계적으로 직선왕복운동시켜 회전덮개부와 고정몸체부를 결합하는 회동축을 중심으로 회전덮개부를 대략 90°이상 회전시켜 직립 고정 상태의 폴을 수평방향으로 눕혀 접힘 상태로 만든다. 본 발명에 따르면 회전덮개부의 상면부에 직립 고정되는 폴에 설치된 부착물, 예컨대 상기한 각종 등화장치나 CCTV 카메라, 방송 스피커, 태양열 전지판, 무선 안테나, 플래카드, 입간판 등의 수리작업 혹은 교체작업 등이 필요한 경우, 작업자의 고소작업을 위한 고소작업차를 사용할 필요가 없기 때문에 고소작업차 사용비용과 인건비를 절감할 수 있고, 고소작업차 사용 중 작업자의 안전사고(예컨대, 추락사고 등) 위험을 해소할 수 있고, 고소작업차 사용을 위한 도로통제 시 초래되는 보행자와 차량 운전자의 불편함을 모두 해소할 수 있다.
