According to the present invention of lightweight aggregate and a concrete panel using the same, a granular foam resin is used, and thus, the lightweight aggregate and the concrete panel using the same are lightweight and have high strength, and excellent insulation, fire resistance and non-combustibility. In addition, according to the present invention of the lightweight aggregate and the concrete panel using the same, a uniform coating layer is formed, and thus, lightweight aggregate having a uniform and predetermined size can be provided. Accordingly, the lightweight aggregate has excellent workability and water permeability. Moreover, according to the present invention of the lightweight aggregate and the concrete panel using the same, lightweight aggregate having uniform quality is provided through a simple process and thus it is possible to provide a concrete panel having excellent physical properties, such as strength, light weight, insulation, and fire resistance by using the lightweight aggregate and evenly distributing the lightweight aggregate.
