Rope fixture unit and how to install the rope fixture unit
The present invention relates to a rope fixing unit capable of securing the safety of workers by strongly and tightly fixing integrated working ropes including a safety rope for an emergency escape as well as work such as painting, discharge, cleaning, maintenance, inspection and the like for a high-rise building by using a hanging scaffold, and an installation method thereof. The installation method comprises: a laying groove drilling step (S100) of forming a laying groove (181) through drilling such that a fixing pipe (150) and a fixing pin (160) can be laid and fixed to a handrail wall (180) of the rooftop of a concrete building; a laying groove cleaning step (S200) of removing concrete residue particles and powder by cleaning the inside of the drilled laying groove (181) with water pressure and air pressure; an anchor bolt fixing step (S300) of inserting an anchor bolt (140) fixing a flat plate (110) into the laying groove (181) and fixing the same after the cleaning of the laying groove (181); an epoxy injection step (S400) of injecting epoxy (170) into the laying groove (181) where the fixing pin (160) and the fixing pipe (150) are laid after the fixing of the anchor bolt; a fixing pipe and fixing pin insertion step (S500) of inserting the fixing pipe (150) and the fixing pin (160) into the laying groove (181) where the epoxy is injected after the injection of the epoxy; and a nut fastening fixing step (S600) of fixing a fixing unit by fastening the nut (141) with the anchor bolt (140) while inserting the fixing pin (160) and the fixing pipe (150).
본 발명은 달비계를 이용하여 고층건물의 도장, 견출, 청소, 보수, 검사 등의 작업은 물론, 비상탈출시 안전로프를 포함하는 일체의 작업용 로프를 강하고, 견고하게 고정 시켜줌으로써 작업자의 안전을 확보할 수 있는 로프 고정 유닛 및 그 로프 고정 유닛 설치방법에 관한 것으로, 콘크리트 건물의 옥상 난간 벽면(180)에 고정파이프(150)와 고정핀(160)이 매설고정될 수 있도록 매설 홈(181)을 천공하여 형성시키는 매설 홈 천공단계(S100)와, 상기와 같이 천공한 매설 홈(181)의 내부를 수압 및 공압을 이용하여 입자 및 분말상의 콘크리트 잔여물을 청소하여 제거하는 매설 홈 청소단계(S200)와, 상기 매설 홈(181) 청소 후 평판 플레이트(110)를 고정해주는 앵커 볼트(140)를 매설 홈(181)에 삽입하여 고정하는 앵커 볼트 고정단계(S300)와, 상기 앵커 볼트 고정 후 고정파이프(150)와 고정핀(160)이 매설되는 매설 홈(181)의 내부에 에폭시(170)를 주입하는 에폭시 주입단계(S400)와, 상기 에폭시 주입 후 에폭시를 주입한 매설 홈(181)에 고정파이프(150)와 고정핀(160)을 삽입시키는 고정파이프, 고정핀 삽입단계(S500)와, 상기 고정파이프(150)와 고정핀(160)을 삽입함과 동시에 너트(141)를 앵커 볼트(140)에 체결하여 고정유닛을 고정 시키는 너트 체결 고정단계(S600)로 구성된다.
